Will There Be Civil War?
History whispers to us from the past because the one thing that is constant has always been Human nature. It really does not matter whatever the issue might be. Perhaps the most dominant reason has often been religion. Nero used that to blame the Christians for burning down Rome. The Diocletianic or Great Persecution was the last and most severe persecution of Christians in the Roman Empire. This again was not out of personal hatred of Christians. This was after the Monetary collapse of Rome during the 260-268 AD time frame. Diocletian (284-305AD) persecuted the Christians because the general belief was that the gods were causing Rome to collapse BECAUSE of the Christians who were disrespecting the gods.
There was another religion rising known as the Manicheans. Diocletian issued an edict in 302AD against them as well for the very same reason – they were offending the gods who were punishing Rome. They were founded in the Persian Empire known as the Sassanid Empire and were followers of the prophet Mani (216-c.276). This became another widespread religion that infiltrated Rome, India, and China. It was based on a dualistic theology in which the theory was that the universe was divided between the divine plane of light and our own material plane of darkness. The Father of Greatness was not omnipotent, but he ruled the realm of light. Its opposite, the material realm, was controlled by the King of Darkness. These two forces did battle on both a cosmic and a personal level. Thus, within each individual soul, there was a battle. Manichaeism was clearly influenced by several other religions including Buddhism, Christianity, and Zoroastrianism.
So, no matter where we look in history, there is this eternal conflict between two ideas – left v right. The media is fueling the hatred of Trump and as we can see the new strategy is to hate Republicans for the November election when Trump is not running. Armies are created by the rulers. They demonize their opponent to get the people to be willing to die on the battlefield for some noble cause. The US Civil War was promoted on religious grounds. There were slave owners who abused their slaves and beat them, and the majority did not. The worst part of slavery was they could sell your wife or child. That was different from serfdom where you went attached to the land and could not be sold individually.
The South fought over state’s rights which they want to deny today, but economically, slaves were valuable. It all began with indentured servants which were people in England sold to a plantation owner for their sentence of 2 or 5 years for a misdemeanor crime. That is why the Constitution forbids indentured servitude. Ending slavery was taking away the workforce and it meant economic destruction. The vast majority of soldiers who fought for the South were not slave owners. They fought against Federalism that was dictating what their economy should have been. The vast majority of solider in the Confederate Army did not have the wealth to own slaves. They were very expensive. Historically, the US will split along the same lines. The middle of the country will join with the South up to Montana. This will divide the nation into three parts as what took place in Rome. The Pacific States will be California, Oregon, and Washington. I am surprised that the Washington States has not moved to rename itself Wokeville since George Washington inherited enslaved people at the early age of eleven and was therefore a slave owner. Thomas Jefferson also inherited slaves with his wife. They have removed his statues in NYC already! The man who wrote the Declaration of Independence.
I would not expect the separation to come by force of arms. We will see this rise to a voting issue on both sides. Already on the 2022 ballot will be a question to secede from the United States in Texas and California. There are people talking about it here in Florida. The more Washington tries to impose its dictates on the States, we will see the rise in calling for secession from US. This was to be a union that retained state sovereignty. That was the US civil war, and it will be again – just a different issue from slavery to economic slavery, climate mandates, vaccine mandates, and who knows what’s next – chip implants?

Fox News host Trey Gowdy explained Sunday why the pursuit to unseal the affidavit in the Mar-a-Lago search may be short-sighted.
What did Gowdy say?
Ahead of Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart potentially forcing the Justice Department to release a redacted version, Gowdy pointed out the affidavit only provides one side of the story.
That side, according to Gowdy, is heavily biased in favor of the government.
"Even if we do get to see the affidavit, it’s just one side of the argument. It’s the government’s side. The target of the search doesn’t get to appear in front of a judge, and he doesn’t get to argue against the search or the affidavit,"Gowdy explained.
"The information has not been cross-examined. And the rules of evidence, which do apply in court, don’t apply to search warrants," he pointed out.
Just as important, Gowdy, who is a former federal prosecutor, noted the burden of proof to obtain a search warrant is just probable cause, whereas a criminal conviction requires beyond a reasonable doubt, a much higher standard.
"It takes probable cause to search, but it takes a whole lot more than that to convict. Whatever’s in the affidavit, it may or may not wind up being true or proven," Gowdy explained. "And it certainly isn’t the whole story, because only the government participates in seeking a search warrant. We don’t know and we won’t know until both sides present their facts and test the evidence on the other side." [The BLAZE Media]
Trump Slams McConnell for Opposing His Endorsements:
Former President Donald Trump continued his string of run-ins with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell last weekend, attacking the Kentucky Republican's opposition to his preferred midterm candidates.
Trump also publicly called out Senate Republicans on Truth Social, who allowed "broken down hack politician" McConnell to disparage his "hard working" endorsements.
"This is such an affront to honor and to leadership. He should spend more time (and money!) helping them get elected, and less time helping his crazy wife and family get rich on China!" the former president wrote.
Trump's criticism follows comments made by McConnell at a Kentucky Chamber of Commerce meeting on Wednesday, where he challenged the idea that Republicans would easily sweep the November elections, NBC News reported.
"I think there's probably a greater likelihood the House flips than the Senate. Senate races are just different — they're statewide, candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome," McConnell said.
"Right now, we have a 50-50 Senate and a 50-50 country, but I think when all is said and done this fall, we're likely to have an extremely close Senate, either our side up slightly or their side up slightly," he added.
Later at the luncheon event, McConnell specifically cited skepticism of the candidate slate running for Senate this year as a primary reason for his predicted Republican troubles in the upcoming elections. [News Max]

The suggestion that Commissioner Lucki had attempted to influence a police investigation specifically to aid the government’s effort to promote its gun-control legislation has embroiled her in a political storm that reaches all the way to the Prime Minister’s Office. Some international students are implicated in money laundering activities for organized criminal networks operating in Canada, according to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), which named students from China and Hong Kong.
A FINTRAC report released in May says underground banking—informal value transfer systems (IVTS) that help parties in different jurisdictions transmit money—is carried out in three main hubs in Canada: The Greater Toronto Area (GTA), metro Vancouver, and the Calgary-Edmonton corridor.
The report noted that IVTS are often affiliated with and operated within overseas diaspora communities that send and receive legitimate funds between community members and expatriate workers. However, it is also susceptible to misuse by criminal groups, particularly for moving funds between restricted and unrestricted jurisdictions.
“China and Iran, for example, are subject to these restrictions and have long established diaspora communities in Canada, particularly in Metro Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area, that have traditionally made use of IVTS,” the report said.
“The need for diaspora communities to access funds due to currency controls or sanctions accounts for the demand.”

Drought:
Europe is experiencing what appears to be the worst drought in five centuries, the European Commission warned on Tuesday, citing a new analysis released by the EU’s Joint Research Center (JRC).
The August report highlighted the continued impact of extreme weather on farming. Almost half of the EU, or 47%, remains under warning conditions due to a shortage of moisture in the soil, while 17% of the EU is on alert due to the negative effects the weather has on crops. Together, they constitute 64% of the EU, the statement pointed out.
The scientists predict a decline in summer crop yields due to the extreme conditions, with the performance of grain maize, sunflower, and soybean farms hit the worst and dropping by 16%, 15%, and 12%, respectively. There is, however, a silver lining in that winter crops saw somewhat better yields, the JRC said.
“According to JRC experts, the current drought still appears to be the worst since at least 500 years. Final data at the end of the season will confirm this preliminary assessment,” the commission said.
European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Mariya Gabriel said the combination of severe drought and heat waves created “unprecedented stress” on water levels across the entire EU.
“We are currently noticing a wildfires season sensibly above the average and an important impact on crops production,” she said.
The impact goes beyond the agriculture sector, since shallow European rivers cannot generate as much hydropower, provide as much cooling for industrial plants or serve as transport lines as well as they would under normal circumstances, the statement added. [RT World News] [Patrick Bestall]

Swiss Prepare for Mass Civil Unrest this Winter:
A country that was unaffected by two world wars is now arming to save itself from waves of illegal migrants?
The Swiss army is preparing for possible internal civil unrest as well as waves of refugees from euro-countries as the economic crisis drags on.
Switzerland, a non-EU, non-euro country landlocked between eurozone states, last month launched a military exercise to test its preparedness to deal with refugees and civil unrest.
“It's not excluded that the consequences of the financial crisis in Switzerland can lead to protests and violence,” a spokesperson of the Swiss defense ministry told CNBC on Monday. “The army must be ready when the police in such cases requests for subsidiary help.”
Some 2,000 officers took part in the "Stabilo Due" military exercise in eight towns around the country, based on a risk map detailing the threat of internal unrest between warring factions and the possibility of refugees from Greece, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, according to Swiss media reports.
Swiss defence minister Uli Maurer recently told Schweizer Soldat magazine that there may be an escalation of violence in Europe. "I can’t exclude that in the coming years we may need the army," he said.
