Bill 67 is back. What will the Ford PCs do?

Last week, we told you that the NDP's Bill 67 (that calls for fining students for "subconscious racism" all under the ideology of critical race theory) has returned, now as Bill 16. When Bill 67 was presented for second reading in March, you might recall that every PC, NDP, Liberal MPP present - and even Derek Sloan's man Rick Nicholls - all voted in favour of the bill. Unfortunately, I was the only MPP in the Ontario legislature to vote against this far-left, authoritarian piece of legislation. Bill 16 is virtually identical to Bill 67. Not one sinister element was removed since the last parliament. There are a multitude of issues with this legislation - here are just two examples: 1. Bill 16 redefines racism to mean "the use of socially constructed ideas of race to justify or support, whether consciously or subconsciously, the notion that one race is superior to another." 2. Bill 16 would see any person - including a student, parent or faculty member - fined for engaging in behaviour deemed "subconsciously" racist. Ontarians know there is something wrong with a bill that is based on the belief that our schools contain "systemic racism and discrimination" requiring mandatory programs and training and the ability of bureaucrats to exercise police-like powers to "fine" students for their "subconscious" and "socially constructed ideas." As the new wing of Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party of Canada, the Doug Ford Ontario PCs are like clapping seals, rushing to support all "woke" left wing legislation, like they did with Bill 67 until we called them out and forced the PCs, the Liberals, and the NDP, to back track. With your support we will continue to grow the New Blue Party of Ontario and increase the pressure on the establishment parties for supporting overreaching "woke" legislation including the new Bill 67 - Bill 16. U.S. President Joe Biden spoke briefly to the press, as he walked to Marine One, on the South Lawn of the White House on Monday. First Lady Jill Biden, and the president, are traveling to Puerto Rico, to get updates on the island’s recovery, and help pack bags of food and essential items, for residents still struggling after Hurricane Fiona hit the island, two weeks ago.

Biden is traveling there to outline a $60 million plan to help the island recover from Hurricane Fiona. On Monday, President Joe Biden admitted the federal government was failing Puerto Rico, speaking as he left the White House Biden told reporters-

“I’m heading to Puerto Rico because they haven’t been taken very good care of,” …and “They’re trying like hell to catch up from the last hurricane,” Biden said. “I want to see the state of affairs today and make sure we push everything we can.” Adding “We owe Puerto Rico a hell of a lot more than they’ve already gotten,”

Two weeks after the storm, over 120,000 residents are still without power there.

Biden was referring to the previous Category 5 Hurricane, Maria, that devastated the island in back 2017. The island is still recovering from this last devastation. Frequently criticizing former President Donald Trump, for failing to help Puerto Rico recover from Hurricane Maria, even though Trump visited the island after the storm, Biden had to admit that the [His] federal government was coming up short in helping Puerto Rico.

Planning to announce, this additional $60 million in federal government spending, Biden seeks to strengthen levees and flood walls, as well as create a new flood warning system for the island. However, that does not address the primary problems on the island, that of struggling with a failing power grid.

Trump asks Supreme Court to intervene in Mar-a-Lago documents case:

Former President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to intervene in the fight over records the FBI seized from his Florida home as part of an investigation into alleged retention of classified information, theft of government documents and obstruction of justice.

Lawyers for Trump asked Justice Clarence Thomas on Tuesday to issue an emergency order that would restore an outside reviewer’s authority over about 100 documents found at Mar-a-Lago with classification markings during the Aug. 8 search.

Such a move would make it easier for Trump to continue to pursue claims that those documents, some marked “Top Secret,” should not be in the hands of Justice Department investigators because they are subject to executive privilege or for other reasons. [Politico]


Biden makes BIZARRE pandering speech to Puerto Ricans — and even 'breakfast tacos' Jill is embarrassed for him:

During his visit to storm-ravaged Puerto Rico, President Joe Biden awkwardly attempted to connect with his audience by making the bizarre claim that he "was sort of raised in the Puerto Rican community, at home, politically," which had something to do with Delaware's supposed "very large" Puerto Rican population back in the 1950s and '60s.

"Let me start off by saying that Jill and I ... we're anxious to be here. You know, I come from a little state, the little state of Delaware. It's not like the congresswoman from New York. She's from a big state," Biden told the enthralled audience.

"But we have a very — in relative terms — large Puerto Rican population in Delaware, relative to our population. We have the eighth-largest black population in the country. And between all minorities, we have 20% of our state is minority. And so, I was sort of raised in the Puerto Rican community at home, politically," he claimed.

Delaware's Puerto Rican community actually accounted for less than .4% of the state's total population when our 79-year-old commander in chief would actually have been "raised," according to the 1970 U.S. Census.

London's unusual municipal election Oct. 24:

Did you know that London stands out from other municipal elections because there is real competition this year for seats on council, more than most anywhere else, more than at any other time. I'm not talking about a race for mayor. There is none. (Josh Morgan is connected and will most likely get the mayor's job.) I'm talking about grass-roots dissatisfaction with a UN connected city council that has been determined to co-operate with the Great Reset and implement measures supporting globalist agendas such as less cars (by not expanding roads, and by zoning to grow "inward and upward" instead of rural spread.) This might now be stopped.

Residents in 32 wards, all with populations of 10,000 or fewer, don’t have to vote at all this fall because their entire councils are already decided. That’s more than the 26 councils celebrated in the last election, figures from AMO show.

In London, every seat on the city council – the mayor and 14 borough representatives – is contested, but elsewhere in the region there is a notable lack of race.

I can tell you of a few people in London that I'd vote for to counter the union-based activists promoting their left-wing candidates:

· Michael Van Holst for sure, councilor for Ward 1 along Hamilton Rd and up Highbury. A true conservative at heart. The guy with the shaved head you see, in the London Free Press from time to time for his bold views (like opposing the mandatory vax).


· Mike McMullen who got a lot of votes for the People's Party in the last federal election, now could be councilor for Ward 10.


· And there's David Godwin for Ward 12 between Wonderland/Wharncliffe and Wellington all the way up to Commissioners.


· I've met Patrick O'Conner in Ward 8, Oakridge area.


Add John Kuypers to the list, a member of our Wed morning bible study, who wants to be Councillor in Ward 10


I'd vouch for all four of these men for their sincere Christian faith.


For School Board Trustee I only know Claire Roberts in wards 7, 8, 9, & 13 (mostly north-west London my part of town). She's a business owner, a teacherand a parent, very outspoken for parent's rights to protect kidsfrom indoctrination by overly-zealous educators.


I don't really know anybody running for council in the north-east end of London (Wards 2, 4, & 5) but some fresh names there should bring a fresh vision; Prabh Gill, Susan Stevenson and Jerry Pribil for instance.


I think these municipal elections SHOULD BE important because the best society is built from the ground up not top down. Starting at home. [Ontario News]

Video shows ‘steady stream’ leaving Trump rally after just 15 minutes:

Donald Trump supporters reportedly started leaving the venue in large numbers just 15 minutes into his speech at a rally in Michigan on Saturday night.

The former president held another campaign-style rally at a community college gymnasium in Warren, Michigan and spoke for about 102 minutes in total, as he repeated unproven allegations that the 2020 election was stolen and endorsed several Republican candidates for the upcoming midterms.

Most GOP senators have claimed the trial of TRUMP is unconstitutional because Trump is no longer in office and have indicated they will not vote to convict.

A reporter who was live-tweeting from the Macomb College Sports & Expo Center suggested the crowd was far from the arena’s full capacity of 6,600. One picture purportedly taken 10 minutes before the end of the rally showed sparsely populated seating towards the rear of the venue.

Attendees began leaving the venue after only 15 minutes as Mr Trump launched into a list of his familiar grievances, Detroit Free Press reporter Paul Egan said in a tweet.

“There’s also been a steady stream of attendeAs Piolet es heading for the exits since about the 15-minute mark of this now hour-long and ongoing speech. Former president Trump said a few words about the #MIGOP candidates and launched into familiar grievances #TrumpRally,” he said.

Elon Musk Confirms He Plans to Buy Twitter for $44B

Musk sent a letter to Twitter Monday agreeing to buy the company, rather than go to trial.

Elon Musk will go through with his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter.

According to an SEC filing, Musk’s team sent a letter to Twitter Monday saying that the Tesla CEO intends to “proceed to closing of the transaction contemplated by the April 25, 2022 Merger Agreement, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth therein.” In the filing, Musk also asks for a stay of action in Twitter’s legal proceedings against him and for an adjournment of the trial.

Twitter responded Tuesday saying it also intends to proceed with the sale.

This led to a lawsuit between Twitter and Musk, in which the social media company sued to enforce the original terms of the deal. The case, based in the Delaware Court of Chancery, was scheduled to begin a five-day trial, starting Oct. 17.

Shareholders voted in September to approval the sale of the company to Musk.

Shares of Twitter soared 22 percent Tuesday afternoon and was briefly halted twice during trading to the the letter and earlier reports of it. After surging 22 percent, the stock reached $51.99, higher than it has closed at in several months, but still below Musk’s takeover price.

Still, agreeing to the original terms of the deal would save Musk from the troubles and costs of a trial, Wedbush analyst Dan Ives wrote Tuesday, adding that he sees “minimal regulatory risk”in the deal.

“This is a clear sign that Musk recognized heading into Delaware Court that the chances of winning vs. Twitter board was highly unlikely and this $44 billion deal was going to be completed one way or another. Being forced to do the deal after a long and ugly court battle in Delaware was not an ideal scenario and instead accepting this path and moving forward with the deal will save a massive legal headache,” Ives wrote. Hundreds of Billions of Dollars Stolen from Covid Relief Funds

What will happen if you shut down a nation and then overflow its economy with trillions of uncontrolled aid? There's the raging inflation ratewe're experiencing now, and there's also a lot of corruption and theft. A report in the Wall Street Journal says it's been reported that the Labor Department alone was fleeced out of nearly $45 billion in unemployment money as well as the NY Post who estimates that the total amount stolen from all relief programs is at an astounding $600 billion. To put this in perspective, it's nearly equal to our total budget for the military in 2022, which is $778 billion.

The Post reports:

“’COVID fraud’ is at the moment a redundant term. Congress has allocated over $5 trillion in COVID assistance, yet nearly 600 billion dollars could be lost to fraud — an alarming 12.2%. Washington's pandemic mishaps are the biggest boondoggle of the federal government of the century.”

Will Congress take action to address it? It's not a possibility while the majority is in power:

“And even the Department of Justice has taken note. In the month of March, they were off from the raids of regime-related opponents home to establish 3 regional Fraud Strike Force Teams in San Francisco/Sacramento, Baltimore, and Miami.”

On the 14th of September, an announcement from The DOJ stated:

“These Strike Force teams will build on the Department's historic enforcement efforts to deter, detect, and disrupt pandemic fraud wherever it occurs,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Since the outbreak of the pandemic in the year 2020, we have seen the Justice Department has seized over $1.2 billion in relief funds that criminals tried to steal and has charged more than 1,500 defendants with criminal offenses in federal districts across the nation; however, our work isn't done. We at the Justice Department continue to relentlessly stop fraud in the pandemic and to hold those responsible accountable for the actions of the perpetrators.”

The initiative could be a little late. It's possible that you've always thought that the “Nigerian prince” emails were absurd. However, NBC News reported in August on the unrestricted theft of funds from foreigners:

“Russian criminals, Chinese hackers, and Nigerian fraudsters have made use of stolen identities to steal millions and billions of dollars of Covid benefits, and then transferring the cash overseas as huge transfers of wealth away from U.S. taxpayers, officials and experts believe. The experts say that it's continuing to happen.”

Below are Labor Department Inspector General's numbers regarding unemployment benefits in isolation:

“People who fraudulently claimed benefits in multiple states were able to escape with the sum of $29 billion. Fraudsters who employed fraudulent email services to conceal identities have claimed as much as $16 billion. Swindlers who forged their Social Security numbers of ineligible federal prisoners as well as dead Americans earned $400 million plus.”

The Wall Street Journal mentions the fact that House Republicans introduced anti-fraud legislation in the summer; however, Democrats did not take action on the issue. The Democrats seem to be more attracted by cash payments and not keeping an eye on where it's going. Is it a bit of fraud if it earns you more votes?

The Journal isn't impressed:

“… this is among the greatest thefts of taxpayers that have ever occurred. The decision of Democrats to examine what went on and to stop leaks is a blatant disregard for Congress's responsibility to ensure that the government is in good hands. However, their primary concern is to send more money out of the system.” [Emphasis mine.|

A variety of crimes have been committed millions of dollars may never be returned. The actual crime began when the state, local, and federal government shut down the entire country and shut down commerce and then launched a massive spending spree that lasted for ages.
