John Kirby Promoted to Assistant to the President

One of the most visible members of the Biden administration has just been promoted.
John Kirby, who started Biden's term as the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, is now the White House National Security Adviser, making him a direct assistant to the president.

Kirby the Face of the Administration
Both Jen Psaki and Karine Jean-Pierre have had their challenges as Press Secretary for this administration. On many occasions, John Kirby has been called to the dais in the White House briefing room to take some pressure off them during their respective times as Press Secretary. He has been rewarded with numerous promotions.
Kirby is another holdover from the Obama administration, having served as a spokesperson for the Department of State as well as finishing up the Obama administration as the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs. Biden brought him aboard in that same role, but he also served as the Pentagon Press Secretary, then the National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications.
Throughout the Afghanistan withdrawal and now the problems in the Middle East, Kirby has been brought in to take pressure off Karine Jean-Pierre, who has struggled to control the briefing room at times, as well as being called out for spinning narratives and not directly answering questions.
Kirby Promoted Again
In Kirby's new role as the White House National Security Adviser, he will now report directly to Biden as an assistant to the president, overseeing a small team that will operate separately from the National Security press office. Additionally, he will be coordinating all communications from various national security agencies.
Anita Dunn, senior adviser to President Biden, announced the promotion for Kirby, stating:
"Admiral Kirby's decades of high level national security experience and his clear, strategic insights make him a deeply valued communicator and adviser on this team.
"President Biden is proud to have John leading National security message coordination across the administration as we continue to make a forceful case for our national security interests at home and in the world."
Kirby served in the U.S. Navy for nearly 30 years before retiring as a Rear Admiral to serve in the Obama administration in the communications department.
Analysis
Kirby has become a villain to the right for how he spins stories, so this is not likely to go over very well with conservatives. Like Karine Jean-Pierre, he has a horrible habit of overspinning everything in Joe Biden's favor, and with national security, people expect a lot more honesty.
In terms of how this will impact the administration, it seems pretty clear that Biden is now trying to shake things up to help his re-election campaign after that disastrous special counsel report.
I think we can expect to see even more of Kirby on the dais, including in the main briefing room, where Karine Jean-Pierre has been getting torched as of late. The White House is quickly approaching a deadline in terms of getting aid to Ukraine, and tensions in the Middle East have been on the rise for months. Rather than have KJP flub the response, Kirby will likely be the one delivering the narrative for Biden.

Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other state officials are being sued by a dismissed Air National Guard general who claims he endured antisemitic discrimination, harassment, and retribution before being unlawfully terminated last year.
On January 24, retired Brigadier General Jeffrey Magram, who is Jewish, filed the complaint in a Los Angeles court.
Magram claims that his former superior, Maj. Gen. Matthew Beevers, who now serves as the California Military Department’s adjutant general, created a hostile work environment by engaging in numerous antisemitic behaviors over a two-year period, and that Newsom ignored complaints about his conduct.
Magram made headlines in January 2023 when he was fired after reports detailed how he used troops to run personal errands, including taking his mother shopping, and that he prepared a fighter jet for a “possible domestic mission” in 2020 during the early days of the coronavirus pandemic, despite officials’ fears that the order would result in a plane “buzzing” civilian protesters in an attempt to disperse crowds.
An internal disciplinary board confirmed Magram’s many charges prior to his forcible transfer to the Air Force retired reserve, which was described as “parallel” to a termination.
Magram, on the other hand, disputes those reasons for his termination, claiming that it was because he spoke out against Beevers’ alleged behavior, which included statements referring to another general as being so cheap that he “gives Jewish people a bad name” and saying, “How Jewish can you get,” in response to another Jewish service member’s attempt to obtain a military discount on a vehicle.
According to Magram, at least one other senior officer witnessed each episode of alleged antisemitism by Beevers, which he reported to Newsom’s office six times.
After reporting the behavior, Magram claims Beevers’ animosity toward him became clear when he allegedly began “resurrecting and misrepresenting minor settled issues” that were up to a decade old, in what the former claims was an attempt to force him out of the department ahead of the latter’s promotion to adjutant general in August 2022.
According to the lawsuit, when Magram refused to quit, Beevers unsuccessfully attempted to cancel the former’s disability claims, for which he was receiving Guard benefits, and then obtained approval from Newsom to shorten his disability medical evaluation, causing him to lose certain benefits.
It adds that additional senior officers’ allegations concerning Beevers to Newsom’s office were similarly ignored.
“I am extremely proud of my more than 37 years of service to California and this great nation, but I still have serious concerns for the welfare of the servicemembers and civilians that currently serve in the Department,” Magram said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “MG Beevers mounted an unprecedented defamatory campaign against me, and it was supported by the Governor.”
“I want to make sure this never happens again. MG Beevers actions were disturbingly aggressive and unexplainable, and he needs to be held accountable,” he added.
“It’s shocking that Governor Newsom disregarded the many attempts made to correct this situation and appointed MG Beevers permanently as the Adjutant General.”
When contacted for comment, Newsom’s office referred Fox News Digital to the California Military Department, which blasted the lawsuit as “retaliatory and baseless” and provided documents proving Magram was fired for causing the department to “lose faith, trust, and confidence” in his ability to continue serving as an organizational leader.
“In 2021, the United States Air Force Inspector General investigated Brigadier General Magram for multiple instances of misconduct involving ethical violations and maltreatment of subordinates. On 26 October 2021, the Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force issued Brigadier General Magram a Letter of Admonishment for these indiscretions,” a department spokesperson said in a statement.
“This independent action by the Air Force formed the basis of a removal action initiated by the California Military Department to hold Gen. Magram accountable for his misconduct. The recommended discipline was unanimously upheld by a board of three senior officers with no involvement in the underlying incidents,” they said.
“All actions were taken based on independent investigations by the U.S. Air Force and the Military Department Inspector General. We look forward to defending our actions to hold a senior leader accountable for his misconduct,” they added.

Fani Willis Accused of Lying About Timeline of Affair

The drama for Fulton County DA Fani Willis is getting a little thicker.
Reports are blowing up that Willis has now been accused of doctoring the timeline of her affair with a prosecutor that she had put on the Trump RICO case in Fulton County, GA.

Willis Accused of Inappropriate Relationship
The first allegations of an affair between Willis and prosecutor Nathan Wade were made in a January filing by one of Donald Trump's co-defendants, Michael Roman. In the motion, Roman's attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, alleged that the relationship between the two attorneys created a conflict of interest in the case.
Roman has portrayed this relationship as a way for Willis and Wade to pay for their romantic activities. For instance, in the original filing, it was alleged that Wade billed 24 consecutive hours in a single day. To that point, he had been paid more than $650,000, far more than the RICO attorney Willis had brought on board to help. Wade responded to the allegations:
"At times, I have made and purchased travel for District Attorney Willis and myself from my personal funds. At other times District Attorney Willis has made and purchased travel for she and I from her personal funds.
"I have no financial interest in the outcome of the 2020 election interference case or in the conviction of any defendant."
Donald Trump immediately pounced on the news, demanding that Willis be removed from the case and the charges against him be dropped. Additionally, it was later revealed that Willis' office was paying Wade far more than an experienced RICO attorney that Wade brought in specifically to help with the RICO charges against Trump and his co-defendants.
Willis Accused of Doctoring Affair Timeline
Willis eventually admitted that she and Wade were in a relationship, but Roman has now filed an additional motion making yet another allegation against Willis. This time, he is saying that the timeline of the affair was not honestly portrayed and that Willis and Wade were in a relationship far earlier than was previously believed.
In the new filing, Roman's attorney claims the two were involved before the case against Trump was filed. Merchant wrote:
"Willis and Wade claim they did not have a personal, romantic relationship before Willis appointed Wade as a special prosecutor, but Terrence Bradley ('Bradley') will refute that claim.
"Thus, Bradley can confirm that Willis contracted with Wade after Wade and Willis began a romantic relationship, thus rebutting Wade's claim in his affidavit that they did not start dating until 2022."
Bradley is a Georgia attorney who is reportedly a friend and business associate of Wade. According to Bradley's claim, Willis and Wade were involved prior to Willis being made Fulton County DA in January 2021.
Analysis
I have read analysis by numerous legal pundits on this, and the general consensus is that while the optics on this are terrible, it is unlikely to impact the case significantly. However, if Willis did lie about the timeline, this really starts to undermine her credibility in the case, which is a game-changer regarding the validity of the charges; at least, that is how Roman's attorney is presenting the narrative.
To that point, in the latest filing, Merchant wrote:
"When the lines get blurred between a prosecutor's interest in her personal fame and publicity and her public duty, the system breaks down, as does the public's confidence in the process itself, which threatens to undermine the public's confidence in the outcome."
Willis is now fighting off attacks on several fronts. She is trying to quash subpoenas by Roman's defense team for a scheduled hearing on February 15 as well as Merchant having filed a complaint against Wilis for violating the Georgia Open Records Act.
Willis is now under investigation by the House Judiciary Committee after a whistleblower alleges a misuse of taxpayer money.

A violent altercation broke out in a Las Vegas casino Sunday night after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers for their second straight Super Bowl win.
A group of four men, including Chiefs and 49ers fans, can be seen in a video wrestling with each other in an open area of a casino. At one point in the video, one man is put in a headlock and punched by a second individual while someone else tries to break up the fight.
The New York Post reported that it is not known what caused the fight, but it started just after the final whistle of the Super Bowl game, when the Chiefs claimed a 25-22 victory over San Francisco.

Moshin said, “[H]im saying no to something that he’s expected to do, a serious interview, he can really get his message out to an audience, just sitting, waiting for him, waiting for his message, is telling. Is it because he can’t handle it?”
This is the question that all of America is asking right now… is it because Joe Biden can’t handle it?
This answer came as a shock to many especially since it came from the Radical Left media CNN.
People were sure that this was a mistake because CNN always covers up for Biden, but now someone has spoken out and exposed some real truth in the media.
This conversation was also related to whether or not there would be any presidential debates this year since it seems Joe Biden cannot even form a single coherent thought on his own.
The CNN anchor said, “I think I’m in the minority on our team in that I am convinced there will be debates, and I don’t see any way there is not. Am I wrong?”
Moshin replied “Look, since 2016, everything we were convinced of, we need to throw out. Maybe it will happen; it will happen for different reasons than it used to.”
Moshin then continued highlighting once again Joe Biden’s severe mental challenges:
“[J]ust look at that clip we just saw. If he is not able to follow the questions, if his staff is worried that he can connect the dots and find the word that he’s looking for, that’s a problem.”
You know things are really bad when CNN starts actually reporting some truth in the news.
Biden’s mental health is so poor that even his own paid-off media corporations are turning on him.
It is conversations and instances such as these that make people more and more worried about Joe Biden’s mental fitness. We need to wake up and realize what is going on.
America cannot suffer under another second of Joe Biden let alone another four years.

The White House is starting to get a bit nervous, and for very good reason.
When Donald Trump was in office, some of the more damning statements made about Hunter and Joe Biden's alleged business activities came from Tony Bobulinski… and now he is about to testify behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees.

Bobulinski Claims Ignored by the Media
When Donald Trump was in office, some of the most explosive claims made about Joe Biden being involved in Hunter's business activities came from Tony Bobulinski, a former Navy officer with a very high security clearance. There was no reason to doubt the man, but the media ignored his comments on the matter.
Bobulinski, if you recall, was the man who identified Joe Biden as "the big guy" in the text messages that were grabbed off Hunter's laptop. His statements, if true, directly debunked many of the claims that Joe Biden had made regarding not being involved in Hunter's business activities.
For instance, Bobulinski had a test message from May 2017 to Hunter Biden that stated:
"Mrng plse let me knw if we will do early dinner w your Uncle & dad and where, also for document translation do you want it simple Chinese or traditional?"
There was some back and forth on that text chain to make arrangements for the meeting, with Bobulinski later sending a message to Jim Biden, stating:
"Great to meet u and spend some time together, please thank Joe for his time, was great to talk thx Tony b."
He's Back to Testify
The key to those messages and the likely reason that the committee wants to bring Bobulinski in for a chat is to clarify an email that was sent about two weeks later. In that email, financial packages were discussed for individuals who were involved in the deal with a Chinese energy company.
This was the infamous email that outlined "20" for "H" and "10 held by H for the big guy?" As we noted above, Bobulinski identified "the big guy" as Joe Biden. So, if that email chain is accurate, Joe Biden was to have received $10 million from a now-bankrupt Chinese company, CEFC China Energy Company.
When Joe Biden was asked about the claims of him having received funds, he stated:
"I did not, they're lies. It's a bunch of lies."
Analysis
This is a great table-setter for what is happening later in the month. James Biden is set to testify before the same committees on February 21, and Hunter Biden is scheduled to testify on February 28, after initially refusing to come in to testify before closed doors.
Democrats tried to make it sound like Republicans were trying to pull off something shady, but a closed-door hearing typically comes first, especially when lawmakers need more time to talk to witnesses. Lawmakers would have only five minutes each if this were an open hearing, which is clearly not enough when you consider how much there is to go over with each of these individuals.

Over 100 Chinese Websites Pose as Local News Outlets in 30 Countries: Report
The campaign is an example of a sprawling influence operation serving both financial and political interests, and in alignment with Beijing’s political agenda.’
At least 123 Chinese websites are disguised as local news outlets in 30 countries to disseminate pro-Beijing disinformation, according to a recent report from Citizen Lab, a digital watchdog at Canada’s University of Toronto.
“The campaign is an example of a sprawling influence operation serving both financial and political interests, and in alignment with Beijing’s political agenda,” Alberto Fittarelli, senior researcher at Citizen Lab, wrote in his Feb. 7 report.
He called the campaign “Paperwall,” which he defined as “a large, and fast growing, network of anonymous websites posing as local news outlets.” The United States, South Korea, Japan, Russia, the UK, France, Brazil, Turkey, and Italy were among the 30 countries allegedly targeted by the campaign.
To disguise themselves as legitimate local news outlets, Paperwall websites often used local references as part of their names, such as Eiffel Post and Provence Daily for two French-language websites. Other website names included British FT targeting the UK, Sendai Shimbum and Fujiyama Times for Japan, Daegu Journal and Busan Online for South Korea, and Roma Journal and Napoli Money for Italy.
The lone website targeting the U.S. audience was UpdateNews.Info, a domain name registered in July 2019 and the first Paperwall website to be registered, according to the report.
Citizen Lab researchers said the campaign’s effect has been “negligible so far,” given the “minimal traffic” toward the websites and the lack of social media amplification or visible mainstream media coverage.
However, the report warned that the campaign shouldn’t be considered harmless—it can “eventually pay enormous dividends once one of those fragments is eventually picked up and legitimized by mainstream press or political figures.”
Content
Paperwall websites also “regularly republish content, verbatim, from legitimate online sources in the target country” to make their sites appear legitimate, according to the report. For example, the report includes a screengrab of the Eiffel Post website republishing an article from the French daily newspaper Le Parisien.
These websites also featured verbatim reposts of content from China’s state-run media, such as China Global Television Network, the global arm of state broadcaster China Central Television, according to the report.
A significant portion of these websites’ content originated from Times Newswire, according to Mr. Fittarelli.
“We found evidence that Times Newswire regularly seeds pro-Beijing political content, including ad hominem attacks, by concealing it within large amounts of seemingly benign commercial content,” the report reads.
Times Newswire and another newswire service called World Newswire were found to be at the center of a China-linked influence operation called “HaiEnergy,” reported in 2023 by cybersecurity firm Mandiant. Using newswire services and paid-for influences, HaiEnergy distributed its content to subdomains of legitimate U.S.-based news outlets as “press releases,” effectively promoting pro-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda via U.S. media outlets.
“Similarly to what was stated by Mandiant for the HaiEnergy campaign, we cannot currently attribute Times Newswire to the same operators as PAPERWALL,” the report states.
However, according to the report, Citizen Lab looked into the hosting IP addresses of Times Newswire and Paperwall domains, and they led back to Tencent, a Chinese tech company based in China’s southern city of Shenzhen.
The report identified Hong Kong virologist Yan Limeng as an example of a victim who has faced targeted attacks originating from Paperwall websites.
“The attacks on her by PAPERWALL were unsubstantiated, aimed at her personal and professional reputation, and completely anonymous,” the report states.
Paperwall websites also promoted conspiracy theories, such as allegations that the United States conducted biological experiments on locals in Southeast Asian countries, according to the report.

The campaign was attributed to Shenzhen Haimaiyunxiang Media Co. Ltd., also known as Haimai, a public relations and marketing firm based in Shenzhen, China, according to the report. This attribution was based on the report’s analysis of digital infrastructure links between the company and Paperwall sites.
“This is therefore an incriminating finding, proving that both PAPERWALL domains had been set up by the same operators as the Haimai assets,” the report states.
Haimai advertises on its website the sale of promotional placement services in multiple countries and languages, according to the report.
“The role and prominence of private firms in creating and managing influence operations is hardly news,” the report states, adding that “China—previously exposed for having resorted to this proxy category in large influence operations, including the cited HaiEnergy—is now increasingly benefiting from this operating model, which maintains a thin veil of plausible deniability, while ensuring a broad dissemination of the political messaging.
“It is safe to assume that PAPERWALL will not be the last example of a partnership between private sector and government in the context of Chinese influence operations.”

Current New York City Mayor Eric Adams eventually lifted the vaccine passport requirement.
But that didn’t come soon enough for 16 individuals District Attorney Bragg arrested and charged with felonies for possessing counterfeit vaccine cards they bought from a New Jersey stripper.
Two of those charged, R.V. and J.O., successfully petitioned Judge Brendan T. Lantry to dismiss the charges against them.
Judge Lantry blasted Bragg saying the DA “routinely — nearly daily — move[s] to dismiss significantly more serious counts or entire indictments.”
Bragg recently let five illegal aliens arrested for beating a New York City Police officer stroll out of court after not asking for bail.
The ruling explained that the real injustice would have been allowing this prosecution to move forward.
“An indictment or any count thereof may be dismissed in furtherance of justice…when, even though there may be no basis for dismissal as a matter of law upon any ground specified…such dismissal is required as a matter of judicial discretion by the existence of some compelling factor, consideration, or circumstance clearly demonstrating that conviction or prosecution of the defendant upon such indictment or count would constitute or result in injustice,” the dismissal ruling read.
Four years later, Americans are just trying to pretend that the COVID lockdowns and mandates never happened.

John Watt suffered from Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a condition that affects blood flow, after COVID-19 injection. His story is one of the many featured in the documentary, Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion.
Earlier this year, on January 31, in a verbal confrontation with MP Andrew Bridgen, Sunak sang a very strong tune in favor of the COVID-19 shots.
Bridgen asked Parliament, “Will he [Sunak] use this opportunity to correct that safe and effective statement, or will he choose the same line as Tony Blair, sit back, do nothing, and let the misery just continue to pile up?”
Sunak replied, “Let me be unequivocal from this dispatch box that COVID vaccines are safe.”

On GB News, Sunak encountered not just John, but another man who attests he suffered life-changing injuries after receiving the COVID-19 shot.
The UK government collaborated with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google by removing or flagging “misinformation” related to COVID-19 and the injection. Among the “misinformation” flagged were real stories from real people sharing real vaccine injuries.
However, Sunak appeared dumbfounded when both men told him that their vaccine injury stories were silenced by social media and the press.
“We are silenced, Rishi, On social media and everything. We are silenced!” John passionately declared. “We are the most silenced people in this country!”
