💥#1 - The Charter is the problem - Took our freedoms and rights away
Section 1 – government can limit all freedoms and rights - The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.
Amendment I – US Constitution – no limits on free speech
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Like the US Constitution, we had no limits on our God given freedoms and rights before the Charter, other than you couldn’t slander anyone (say lies about people), you couldn’t libel anyone (write lies about people) or call for the death/murder of someone.
Section 1 gives total power over our rights and freedoms to the government without any limits or restrictions. It’s just whatever the current government thinks is an emergency. Despite what Brian Peckford wants to believe, that is exactly what the Charter says. Section 1 is known as the reasonable limits clause or limitations clause, because it legally allows the government to limit an individual's rights and freedoms without specifically stating what those extreme situations would be. Therefore, whoever is in power gets to interpret this in any way they want and it is legally binding because that is what this poorly written document says. Before the Charter, we elected politicians who represented us in parliament, they voted accordingly, parliament made laws according to what the people wanted, and the judges upheld the law. Because of the Charter, it doesn’t matter what Canadians want, unelected judges now make the laws according to how they interpret the Charter. The Charter also kicked God and our Christian worldview foundation out, stripped Canadians of property rights; and put our mentally ill out on the streets. This document was not created to uphold Canadian values, ethics, morals or culture and strengthen our nation, but to create chaos, destroy us and make way for communism and the NWO. Pierre Trudeau got exactly what he wanted in this charter, Brian Peckford got snookered, and Canadians got screwed.
💥#2 - The Charter is the Problem - Took our voice away
February 21, 2022 Canada Emergency act voted in 185-151
Section 1 of the Charter says that the government can take away all of our rights and freedoms whenever they deem there is a threat to our nation, without ever specifically stating what threat the government could use to actually take away our rights and freedoms. The Charter is so vague that taking away our rights and freedoms is just whatever the current government thinks is an emergency;
· Brian Peckford thinks only under perilous conditions like war, while
· Justin Trudeau thinks it’s when his power and demands are questioned.
Mr. Peckford is charging the government for taking away our freedom to travel and that will involve a long drawn out expensive court case that will end in an unelected government appointed judge deciding if using the ‘subject only’ clause in Section 1 to strip us of our rights and freedoms was legit or not according to his/her interpretation of the Charter. And again, the Canadian people will have no voice in this decision, just as we have had no voice in any decisions in our country since the Charter was enacted.
Just as the Charter gave our rights and freedoms away, it also gave our voice and power away. The Charter gave our voice and power away to unelected appointed Judges who make all of the laws, rules and decisions for the people based on how they interpret the Charter. Our elected officials don’t represent us. They all have to vote party line; and if party line violates some judge’s interpretation of the Charter, then even the party line goes out the window.
In 2006 Rory Leishman wrote a book, “Against Judicial Activism: The Decline of Freedom and Democracy in Canada. The government said that the Charter and human rights codes would safeguard the human rights and fundamental freedoms of Canadians. Rory Leishman argues that this experiment has failed because judges and human rights adjudicators have turned their ideological preferences into the law.
I agree with Mr. Leishman, however, I contend that that was the purpose of the Charter and Human Rights Commissions – to take all freedoms and power away from the people and put it into the hands of a few politicians, judges and unelected government bureaucrats.
Before the Charter, we elected politicians who represented us in parliament, they voted according to the wishes of their constituents (us), and parliament made laws according to the will of the people and our Christian worldview foundation, and the judges went on to uphold the law. Because of the Charter, it doesn’t matter what Canadians want, unelected judges make the laws according to how they interpret the Charter based on the legal arguments they hear during expensive court cases, and Canadians have no voice.
💥#3 – The Charter is the Problem - Kicked out Christian worldview and God
We seem to have forgotten that nations don’t just appear out of thin air; nations are always built on a worldview. And you can predict the type of nation that will be created when you look at the teachings and doctrines of the different worldviews.
· The Christian worldview always builds Christian nations like Canada was before the secular communist Charter
· The Islamic worldview always builds Islamic nations like Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan and the rest of the Islamic world.
· The Hindu worldview always builds nations like India with the caste system.
· The Sikh worldview always builds nations like the Punjab.
· The man-made Secular Socialist worldview built on government control is always the foundation for nations like Cuba, North Korea, China, Venezuela and soon to be Canada unless we bury Pierre Trudeau’s communist manifesto, the Charter, alongside him and resurrect God as the head of our country.
Up until 1982 and the enactment of the Charter, Canada was an English-speaking Protestant Christian country. Of course, this does not mean that all Canadians were Christians, of course not, but it did mean that our legal and political institutions were founded on a Christian worldview and as a nation we honoured God, and upheld Biblical teachings. You cannot even uphold the Rule of Law without a Christian base because the Christian worldview is the only worldview that holds that all people are equal before God, and, therefore, equal before the Courts.
Our entire country, identity, culture and way of life reflected our Protestant Christian worldview foundation and the Christian Biblical teachings and doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ, like Love thy neighbour as thyself or Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
In 1981/82 Canadians, and even Brian Peckford, were duped into believing that the Charter was going to uphold and preserve our Christian foundation, our God given rights and freedoms; our Christian values, ethics, morals and culture; and strengthen our nation. But instead, the Charter transformed Canada from a protestant Christian country headed by God, to a liberal secular country headed by a now dead communist and his man-made Charter.
A country cannot change its worldview foundation without changing the entire culture of the country.
Just look at Canada and what’s happened to our nation in 40 short years under the Charter.

As for the references to the column of energy coming down to earth (a phallic symbol to some religions) I must allude to the vague interpretation of "Queen of Heaven" used by Pope Francis during his consecration of Russia. It was different in the English translation.
What is the real translation of the phrase he uses? Other languages translate his words not as "Queen of Heaven" but as "land of heaven" or "Earth from Heaven". I can only add this excerpt from the Encyclopedia Britannica which describes Earth Mother (Mother Earth).

In other mythological systems she becomes a more limited figure. MYSTERIOUS ANCIENT RUINS EXPLAINED
By coincidence, I watched a video two days ago about ancient "pre-flood" ruins with giant granite stones mysteriously cut with laser-like precision. I said to my roommates that the giants who moved those stones, and lived before the flood, probably used some kind of gemstones to focus energy from a stronger sun than Sol. This also explains how they could vitrify the surface of such stones into a shiny smooth surface. It would require more atmospheric pressure than we have today, such as existed before the flood (or dinosaurs would not have been able to inhale enough oxygen). All forms of life had longer lifespans thanks to the "ice-canopy" that weighed down our atmosphere and protected us from radiation...but that's another story best told by NASA.
Today Microsoft News tells me that scientists have discovered stars are capable of emitting a "massively powerful radio-wave laser" called a maser, the "technical term for a laser made of microwaves rather than light waves."
The maser is made of microwaves, which are not inherently luminous, themselves, but their behavior stimulates and throws photons out of the area, which we are able to see after all—giving us a luminous maser. In this case, the surrounding galaxies are luminous too, which is why we can observe them at all.
The maser is produced by two merging galaxies, a process that generates particles called hydroxyls—made up of one hydrogen atom and one oxygen atom. The tiny particles react by absorbing and ejecting photons, a process that is densified and intensified by the sheer number of reacting particles inside the merge zone. This is the light that forms the maser.
