It’s seemingly coming—a New P$andemic.
I firmly believe Scene Two of the P$andemic is just around the corner. I am already working on a follow-up story to last week’s viral Bird Flu post after learning that the US government is spending $1 million of American taxpayer money to fund experiments on the avian flu with mallard ducks. The mallard is the most abundant, wide-ranging duck on earth and can crossbreed with 63 other species. Mallards are also well-known asymptomatic carriers of bird flu—that is, they carry it around but are often not sickened by it. Thus, the mallard is literally the ideal species for transporting an infectious disease pathogen as wide and far as possible.
The project’s main collaborators are the USDA Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Edinburgh’s Roslin Institute, a Wuhan lab partner.
Funding for avian virus research began in April 2021 and is slated to continue through March 2026. The USDA applied for this project in 2019 and it was approved in 2020. The specific viruses the researchers will work with include H5NX, H7N9, and H9N2, as reported by the White Coat Waste Project (WCW).
Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa recently wrote to US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack, seeking more information about the department’s ongoing research funding.
According to the Tavistock publication The Daily Mail, despite the senator’s concerns, Allan Rodriguez, a USDA spokesperson, said it is “common for international researchers to conduct independent research that’s connected to the same end goal” and that the research does not qualify as gain-of-function.
He added that:
“Any time Senator Ernst has a question for USDA about our research or our commitment to helping America’s farmers mitigate animal diseases like highly pathogenic avian influenza, she should reach out to us directly before putting misinformation in a press release or public letter…and despite the senator’s assertions, this is not gain-of-function research.”
Rodriguez added that the $100 million funding awarded to do the research “is only being committed to the specific components carried out by their own team located in Athens, Georgia, and is not in any way contributing to research taking place in the UK or China.”
Let’s read that statement again: “Because animal diseases present a global threat, it is common for international researchers to conduct independent research with the same end goal…”
So, sometimes, the government denies Gain of Function (GOF) research; other times, it defends it. For instance, on June 18th, at a Senate Homeland Security Committee Hearing on the origins of COVID-19, they remarked that the GOF research plays a healthy role in helping us fashion vaccines.
Which one is it?
Some medical professionals like Dr. J. Jay Couey, Ph.D., neuroscientist and ex-scientific advisor to the Children’s Health Defense, say that GOF is a “limited hangout” and a distraction. He said this at the Red Pill Expo last weekend. Couey made many valid points, like calling out the slew of faux medical freedom fighters and the flawed PCR test, but I personally disagree with his take on GOF. I believe there is no such thing as a distraction from the truth.
A few days ago, I caught Dr. John Campbell talking about a month-old interview Robert Redfield conducted with News Nation. I think Redfield reveals a lot in his exchange. Redfield is seeding the narrative and discreetly telling us what is coming, hidden in plain sight. And I definitely think avian flu will be amplified in the coming months—it is already on its way.
Meanwhile, what is the truth about zoonotic jumps? According to Wikipedia, Zoonotic jumps refer to the transmission of infectious diseases from non-human animals to humans. These diseases can be caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites, or prions. Zoonotic spillover is a common event, with more than two-thirds of human viruses being zoonotic. Is this real? It could be. There are many animals in the world, and confining them in unsanitary pens most likely comes with consequences. But does that mean a bat can really infect a civet cat? Maybe. Maybe not.
For the purposes of the New World Order Agenda, the concept of a zoonotic jump definitely exists.
As Redfield said (emphasis mine):
“… When SARS came in 2002-2003, it went from a bat to a civet cat, then to humans. It never learned how to go from human to human. And MERS in 2012-13, from a bat to a camel to humans, it never learned how to go from human to human.
Normally, there’s a species barrier that takes a long time for these zoonotic viruses to figure out how to get around. I’m obviously most worried about bird flu. Right now, it takes five amino acid changes to infect humans effectively. That’s a pretty heavy species barrier. But this virus is already in 26 mammal species, as you saw most recently, cattle.
But in the laboratory, I could make it highly infectious for humans in months because the five amino acids I need to change have been published. And so I don’t think that research should be done. That’s the real threat.”
However, the research has already been done and continues…
Redfield continues:
“That’s the real biosecurity threat that these university labs are doing; these bio experiments that are intentionally modifying viruses and bird flu, I think, are going to be the cause of the great pandemic, where they are teaching these viruses how to be more infectious.”
Is that why the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), ordered 4.8 million doses of the vaccine, and the European Union purchased more than 40 million vaccines? Why would they do this when there has only been ONE death (with questionable links to avian bird flu, by the way) and less than 10 cases worldwide? And how did BARDA settle on 4.8 million doses? Why not five million?

According to the McCullough Foundation, a project of Dr. Peter McCullough, the Gates Foundation gave $9.5 million to principal investigator Yoshihiro Kawaoka to modify, possibly through gain-of-function tampering, H5N1 so it will “preferentially recognize human-type receptors and transmit efficiently in mammals.”
Building upon Ron Fouchier’s research, which previously modified H5N1 to become airborne-transmissible in ferrets, UW-Madison and Kawaoka’s research provides two additional mutations needed to make Egyptian H5N1 produce “variants” with mammalian “transmissibility features.”
In my recent interview with John Cullen, he cited Kawaoka’s work on H5N1. Please take a moment to really take in the excerpt below. It’s insane, and I’m not quite sure how this was allowed to happen.

It’s said that the original bird flu killed 50% of those who were exposed to it. America blamed contaminated chickens as the source of the flu. Do you believe this? When it supposedly jumped the species barrier from a chicken to a cow, the powers that be renamed it H591 from Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).
On January 13, 2020, Trump signed a deal with Moderna with only ONE death on the books—kind of like what BARDA just did with the avian flu. Watch this segment of our recent interview with John Cullen.
“We just had the great pandemic, and it was bird flu,” Cullen said. He believes the deaths were really caused by bird flu rather than H759 vs COVID-19. He thinks H5N1 is the new Red Herring, and it’s really H7N9 they are afraid of.
“That’s why no one mentions H7N9,” he tweeted here. He also mentions the 2013 bird flu outbreak in poultry in China. “You were simply TOLD it was COVID from Wuhan. It was really H7N9 from Wisconsin.”
Is that why no one (other than John Cullen) mentions this? Although to his credit, Brett Weinstein did recently acknowledge that Cullen’s findings have merit. One Democrat Is Leading Trump by A LOT In Post-Debate Poll:
In a hypothetical scenario, a recent survey indicates that only Michelle Obama, the former First Lady, is leading ahead of former President Donald Trump among Democratic candidates.
The Democratic Party is facing significant challenges following President Joe Biden’s abysmal debate performance on Thursday, characterized by verbal errors, moments of confusion, and a statement when he mistakenly claimed victory on Medicare.
The poor performance was of such magnitude that MSNBC anchors engaged in discussions regarding hypothetical scenarios whereby Biden is substituted as the nominee. On Tuesday, the president attributed his poor performance to a demanding international trip that he had completed 12 days prior to the debate.
Reuters/Ipsos issued its most recent poll on Tuesday, which was conducted on Monday and Tuesday. The data indicates that Biden and Trump are evenly matched, with both candidates polling at 40%. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris receives 42% of the votes, while Trump receives 43%. Democratic Governors Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, Andy Beshear, and J.B. Pritzker all lag behind Trump by a greater margin.
Obama is the only candidate who had a higher percentage of support in the poll compared to Trump. The difference is significant, with Obama at 50% and Trump at 39%.
The survey indicates that the majority of people maintain unfavorable attitudes of both Biden and Trump. Obama received the highest rating in this category, with a favorable rating of 55%, compared to Trump’s rating of 42%. Biden’s approval rating is far lower, standing at 38%.
Earlier this year, the former first lady declared that she would not be a candidate. Furthermore, there is no assurance that she would sustain those figures if she were to be nominated against all improbable circumstances. Hillary Clinton’s approval rating stood at 66% in the late 2000s, but it gradually deteriorated during her time as secretary of State and further declined when she ran for president.

London Hospital Deficit soars to $150 M:

“There is concern budget cuts may impact the staff we have. Staffing cannot be impacted,” said Doris Grinspun, chief executive of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario.
“Nursing is absolutely critical. Staffing at the level of registered nurses and nurse practitioners is important to quality health care.”
Grinspun is calling for a review of the “hefty salaries” of hospital administrators and greater access to community services to reduce hospital spending.
“Government also has to fund the hospital’s needs,” she said.
LHSC reported Wednesday it ended the 2023-24 fiscal year on March 31 with a $78.1-million deficit, about $2 million more than forecast and more than $30 million higher than the previous year.
But that pales in comparison to what is coming, a projected $150-million shortfall by the end of March 2025.
LHSC is one of Canada’s largest acute-care teaching hospitals. It operates three hospitals and has more than 15,000 staff.
“The government needs to respond,” Grinspun said.
The Ontario government gave the hospital $1.4 billion in 2024, an increase from $1.27 billion in 2023 and the hospital still spent $78 million more than it received.
But hospitals also run on office and support staff and a move to slash their ranks would impact patient care, said Corey LaRose, president of COPE Local 448, the Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union, representing office workers. “I think it is clearly a concern,” he said of layoff fears at LHSC. “I know they will go line-by-line and look hard at a lot of things.
“There is concern among our members. We are not the highest paid at the hospital, but you need staff to get things done.” It is typical to use attrition to reduce office staff but that ends up creating more work and stress on those remaining, LaRose said. “It puts a ton of pressure on others, they have to deal with increased workload.”
LaRose also called on the Ontario government to boost health care spending.
“We are concerned the province is defunding public health care so they can create private options,” he said.

Today’s commonsense Supreme Court immunity ruling is a victory for former President Trump, the U.S. Constitution, and the rule of law. The Biden administration’s political decision to try to put Trump in jail for simply being president was unsurprisingly rejected by the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court Reclassifies Jan. 6 Charges from Insurrection to Trespass In Major Blow To Leftists:
In a significant decision last Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court reshaped the legal approach to the January 6 Capitol riot incidents. This ruling has profound implications for how these events and their participants are legally interpreted and managed.
Breitbart reported that the Court's decision in Fischer vs. U.S. determines that the wrong statute was used in the prosecution of the said incidents, potentially altering the outcome for many involved, including former President Donald Trump.
Originally, the statutes used encompassed 18 U.S.C. 1512(c)(2), intended for evidence tampering, but interpreted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to cover broader acts of legal obstruction. This interpretation has now been deemed incorrect by the highest court.
The Origins of the Disputed Statute
Introduced after the Enron debacle in 2001, 18 U.S.C. 1512(c)(2) was designed specifically to prevent the destruction or manipulation of evidence.
The DOJ had, however, expanded its application to include any act of obstruction toward legal proceedings, which the Supreme Court found to be an overreach with its recent ruling.
This decision limits the statute's reach to activities that directly interfere with the submission of documents to Congress.

The Supreme Court’s reinterpretation introduces a significant shift in the framing of the January 6 events from 'insurrection' to, as noted by legal scholar Jonathan Turley, mere 'trespassing.' This reclassification could downscale the severity perceived in the charges against those involved.
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson aligned with the court's conservative members, contributing to a bipartisan edge to the verdict, while Justice Amy Coney Barrett positioned with the liberals, showcasing the ideological split within the court on this issue.
The decision has spurred discussions about the political and media narratives surrounding the term 'insurrection,' which had been a point of contention and debate since the incidents occurred.
Department of Justice's Tactical Approach
The DOJ's approach to handling the January 6 cases was also highlighted by this ruling. DOJ official Michael Sherwin in a television interview disclosed using a strategy of 'shock and awe' to deter similar future actions through aggressive legal charges and public messaging.
Sherwin openly stated that this approach was effective in discouraging further disruptions in Washington D.C., reflecting the DOJ’s past strategy to instill fear of hefty legal repercussions among potential offenders.
This strategy, now under scrutiny, may see adjustments following the Supreme Court's directive to apply the statutes as originally intended, without extending beyond their scoped legal boundaries.
The judgment does not only change the legal narrative but directly impacts ongoing and future legal actions, including the highly visible cases managed by Special Counsel Jack Smith against Donald Trump.

More than 75 years after Israel declared statehood, its borders are yet to be entirely settled. Wars, treaties and occupation mean the shape of the Jewish state has changed over time, and in parts is still undefined. Here is a series of maps explaining why.
The land which would become Israel was for centuries part of the Turkish-ruled Ottoman Empire. After World War One and the collapse of the empire, territory known as Palestine - the portion of which west of the River Jordan was also known as the land of Israel by Jews - was marked out and assigned to Britain to administer by the victorious allied powers (soon after endorsed by the League of Nations).
The terms of the mandate entrusted Britain with establishing in Palestine "a national home for the Jewish people", so long as doing so did not prejudice the civil and religious rights of non-Jewish communities there.
The rise of Palestinian Arab nationalism coupled with the rapid growth of Palestine's smaller Jewish population - especially after the advent of Nazism in the 1930s - saw an escalation in Arab-Jewish violence in Palestine.
Britain handed the problem to the United Nations, which in 1947 proposed partitioning Palestine into two states - one Jewish, one Arab - with the Jerusalem-Bethlehem area to become an international city. The plan was accepted by Palestine's Jewish leadership but rejected by Arab leaders.
The Jewish leadership in Palestine declared the establishment of the State of Israel on 14 May 1948, the moment the British mandate terminated, though without announcing its borders.
The following day Israel was invaded by five Arab armies, marking the start of Israel's War of Independence. The fighting ended in 1949 with a series of ceasefires, producing armistice lines along Israel's frontiers with neighbouring states, and creating the boundaries of what became known as the Gaza Strip (occupied by Egypt) and East Jerusalem and the West Bank (occupied by Jordan).
The surrounding Arab states refused to recognise Israel, meaning its borders remained unset.
The biggest change to Israel's frontiers came in 1967, when the conflict known as the Six Day War left Israel in occupation of the Sinai peninsula, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and most of the Syrian Golan Heights - effectively tripling the size of territory under Israel's control. Israel effectively annexed East Jerusalem - claiming the whole of the city as its capital - and the Golan Heights.
These moves were not recognised by the international community, until the US changed its official position on the matter under the Trump administration, becoming the first major power to do so. Overwhelmingly, international opinion continues to consider East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights as occupied territory.
One of Israel's land borders was formalised for the first time in 1979, when Egypt became the first Arab country to recognise the Jewish state. Under the treaty, Israel's border with Egypt was set and Israel withdrew all its forces and settlers from the Sinai, a process which was completed in 1982.
That left Israel in occupation of the Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, with its frontiers (excluding that of Egypt) still delineated by the 1949 armistice lines.
In 1994, Jordan became the second Arab state to recognise Israel, formalising its long border with the Jewish state in the process.
While there has not yet been a peace treaty between Israel and Lebanon, the two countries' 1949 armistice line serves as Israel's de facto northern border, while Israel's border with Syria remains unsettled.
Similarly, Israel has had a de facto border with Gaza since it pulled its troops and settlers out in 2005, but Gaza and the West Bank are considered a single occupied entity by the UN, and the official borders have not yet been determined.
The final status and contours of the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem are meant to be decided in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians living there under Israeli occupation, but decades of on-off talks have so far proved fruitless.
The border around the Gaza Strip has grown into a semi-permanent structure with security fences and concrete walls set deep into the ground to prevent tunnelling - after Hamas militants launched a series of raids from tunnels into Israel in 2014. However, Hamas militants again breached the security barriers above ground in the biggest attack of its kind on 7 October, 2023.
