On Friday December 13th 2024, Justice Thomas Bradley ruled that Dr Bay’s suspension was to be set aside, as AHPRA and the Board had acted with bias and did not afford Dr Bay procedural fairness.
“It might be difficult to characterize the conduct of the Board and AHPRA as anything less than profoundly unsatisfactory,” said Justice Bradley in a blistering repudiation.
Justice Bradly criticised the regulators’ “animus” and “combative approach” towards Dr Bay, along with their failure to demonstrate that Dr Bay had contravened any relevant legislation or guidelines. AHPRA and the Board have been ordered to pay costs.
Hope for Canadians and the doctors who protect them?
Dr Bay’s win provides a ray of hope to medical professionals in Canada too. We have also been unlawfully persecuted professionally and financially for disagreeing with the covid-agenda, and protecting our patients and fellow Canadians against false information, coercion, medical assault, and toxic misrepresented genetic injections.

No, I don't think mankind is soon to be wiped out. Despite the 300-page technical review published in Science stating that it could hit us as soon as a decade from now. There are still enough level heads to temper that.
A group of 38 Nobel laureates and other experts, including some who have previously tried to create mirror life, are now calling for a pause in all new research.
True, the Book of Revelation tells us that up to two-thirds of mankind will be wiped out by plagues and famines. I believe that. But I also believe that ever since 2012 the future is mirroring the past [in reverse].

And the really big time of plague and famine will not come until we are near to Jesus’ 2nd Coming, just as it was near to his 1st Coming. The Roman Empire did not fall because of strong invaders, it fell because of the plagues and famines that weakened the empire for strong foreigners. It's interesting that the final diseases (symbolized by locusts) were trapped deep in the earth (just like the Science article describes) until volcanic activity releases them from melted ice.
It's also appropriate that they can "mirror" past diseases just as the future will mirror other evils of the past.
But note: Revelation 9:4 promises that Christians will be immune. We should repent, not because the end is near but because it is NOT near. Everyone has time to be immunized God's way.

Sen. Durbin rips into the Media after Reporter forces him to reveal awkward truth about Spending Bill:
Durbin is a top Democrat in the US Senate.
CNN's chief congressional correspondent, Manu Raju, took a shot from an angry Democratic politician when he questioned the wage raise for members of Congress in the emergency spending bill.
Raju asked Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois whether members of Congress deserved the pay raise included for them in the bill when Durbin said he had no clue it was even in the bill.
'What about the media? Think about that for a second!'
"Well, that's news to me. It's good news!" Durbin joked. "You know, what has it been, ten years, or fourteen years with no [cost of living adjustment], no change at all. I think it's about time."
Raju pressed him on whether Congress had earned a pay raise, and Durbin spun the question around on the media.
“People look at the performance of Congress and say, ‘Why should we give them more money?’” Raju said.
“What about the media? Think about that for a second!" Durbin fired back.
"We're not paid by public money," Raju responded, laughing at the comparison.
"I know you're not, but half of your listeners are not there anymore, and you’re still getting the same paycheck? What's going on?" Durbin mocked.
Raju noted on CNN that Durbin was the second-highest Senate Democrat leader and even he did not know the full details of the bill being passed to avoid a government shutdown.

Many Republicans are also vehemently criticizing the deal reached between Democrats and Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson that would continue funding the government but without significant budget cuts. The Christmas omnibus bill will extend spending 100 days into the administration of President-elect Donald Trump.
When Raju ended his report about the exchange on CNN, network host Jim Acosta joked that Raju was "worth every penny" of his income.

Since the Basic Income Guarantee [BIG] pilot projects sponsored by the Wynn government failed, the globalists are using Anglican and Lutheran bishops plus the Federation of Canadian Municipalities to lobby support for it in Bill S-233. And it passed second reading last year! No public discussion this time!
These bishops ignore scripture that says every able-bodied man should work, and that it is the responsibility of the Church to pick up the slack for those who can't.
The following article on Jan 22/24 sheds more light on Bill S-233, but I don't agree with the heading.
The bill [S-233] would not actually implement a guaranteed basic income (GBI), but would force the finance minister to consult with provinces and territories, as well as Indigenous and other groups, to prepare a report setting out a framework for the policy.
If it passes a final vote in the Senate, the bill will head to the House of Commons. Liberals and Conservatives are currently refusing to take a clear position on the bill, arguing that they are waiting for the legislation to reach the lower chamber before they decide where they stand.
That sparked speculation in the following days from right-wing commentators such as the Western Standard’s Cory Morgan and the Post Millenial’s David Krayden, and also Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis, who wondered aloud on social media whether a basic income will end becoming Trudeau’s policy Hail Mary, with his party continuing to tank in the polls.

Horn quotes Balducci as saying, "There is an alien presence on Earth now". The latter is a statement by Professor of Theology Fr. Tanzella-Nitti an evolutionist who does not represent the opinion of the papacy nor the Catholic Church. The last two popes have made considerable effort to oppose the rebellious theologians who challenged the official dogma of the church. In particular at the Catholic University which the Vatican started a century ago from a donation by a good pope...the same university which today shut out Catholic creationists who had to hold their own anti evolution conference a year later somewhere else. · NESARA was signed into law by President William Jefferson Clinton in 2000, at gunpoint because the Military forced him to sign it. He wasn’t going to.
· NESARA was to be announced by Alan Greenspan on Sept. 11, 2001, at 10:00am. This was prevented by the destruction of the World Trade Center by then President George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and others involved with this great deception. They murdered 7,000 innocent Americans that day and stole billions in Gold and Silver from Building 7.
· In early 1993, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on charges by the Farmer’s Union that banks in the U.S. were fraudulently foreclosing on farm mortgages and that the U.S. Government was in collusion with these banks. The testimony and proof brought into court by a retired CIA Agent let to further evidence and proof that Farmer’s Union claims were legitimate.
