Joe Manchin ditches Democrats, sits with Republicans during Joe Biden’s State of the Union address:
Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) switched sides during President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address on Tuesday. The move was a significant sign that Senator Manchin continues to gravitate away from the Democrat Party that is rushing to the far-left.
Senator Manchin opted to sit with Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) and Roger Wicker (R-MI) in the section of the House chamber typically reserved for House Republicans.
Samantha Runyon, Senator Manchin’s communications director, issued a statement saying, “Senator Manchin sat with his colleague Senator Romney to remind the American people and the world that bipartisanship works and is alive and well in the U.S. Senate.”
To the many radical members of the Democrat Party, Senator Manchin’s choice of seat won’t look like a show of bipartisanship. Senator Manchin has become public enemy #1 for the radical left after Senator Manchin stopped President Biden’s agenda in its tracks.
Senator Manchin has once again found himself crossing President Biden as he is standing with Republicans and demanding that President Biden sanction Russian oil exports.
The international community has isolated Russia in all areas except energy. Thanks to President Biden’s insane green energy agenda, American energy production has collapsed, and Europe is reliant on Russian energy.
Until Russia’s energy industry is sanctioned, there will be no real squeeze on Russia to compel them to stop hostilities in Ukraine.
When all is said and done, it is very possible that Joe Manchin’s repeated stands with Republicans could lead to him switching parties. If that were to happen, Republicans would regain the Senate with the midterm elections just around the corner.

Canadian Dissident Doctors Speak Out Against “COVID Mandates”:
Last January, the Minister of Health in the province of Ontario, Christine Elliott, put out a letter to the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSO). She indicated that the expression of measures of treatment for the COVID-19 illness practiced and promoted by some doctors that lie outside of what is allowed under the rules of the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Canada given the danger of the pandemic was “unacceptable.”
She would urge the CPSO to consider all options to remedy the situation involving such “dissident doctors” including the removal of their license to practice medicine.
Global Research had an opportunity to interview such doctors to hear their side of the story.
They will explain their problems with WHO/Health Canada standards for treating COVID-19, and the price of defying the norm.

Pro-Russia Ukrainian Mayor Kidnapped and Killed: report:
A pro-Russia mayor of a Ukrainian city in a separatist region of the country has been abducted and killed, according to a Ukrainian government adviser.
In 2020, Volodymyr Struk became mayor of Kreminna, a city in the Luhansk region — which attempted to break away from Ukraine and was recognized last month as an independent nation by Russia.
In a post on Telegram, Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs Adviser Anton Gerashchenko announced the death of Struk, who was 57, according to the New York Post.
“There is minus one traitor of Ukraine. Volodymyr Struk, Chairman of the Kreminetsky OTG of the Luhansk region, former deputy of the Luhansk regional council, was found dead,” Gerashchenko wrote, according to the Ukrainian outlet LB.ua.
“In 2014 he was an active supporter of the Luhansk People’s Republic. Then he left for the part of the Luhansk region free from occupation. In the last week, he actively took a pro-Russian position, agitating OTG deputies to communicate with Russia and the LPR, gathering deputies on this occasion.”
Gerashchenko reportedly cited Struk’s wife in recounting what happened to the mayor.
“On March 1 [there] was a statement from his wife that he was kidnapped [from persons] unknown in camouflage form,” he wrote, according the Daily Mail.
“The cause of death is a fiery injury to the heart area.”
Gerashchenko claimed Struk was backed by the Russian government.
“The whole state apparatus of Ukraine, SBU, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prosecutor’s Office and courts couldn’t do anything with the open separatist Strukom for eight years because he had a lot of money. Most likely support from the Russian Federation,” his post read.
Gerashchenko went on to say that Struk had been “judged by the court of the people’s tribunal.”
“But when the Russian troops approached 15km to the Kreminny, Vladimir Struk was judged by the court of the people’s tribunal. Judging by all, [he was] shot by unknown patriots as a traitor to the laws of military time,” his post read.

Judicial Watch has released a trove of email communications between the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) which essentially confirm that a massive cover-up has been taking place.
The emails reveal records between the U.S. State Department and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), run by none other than Dr. Fauci himself, that suggest they knew the CCP was lying about the virus – and did nothing to counter it.
“These FOIA documents show that Fauci’s agency has been hiding information on China’s failure to provide essential data on COVID-19,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

In a Jan. 7, 2020, email sent from the American Embassy in Beijing titled “PRC Response to Pneumonia Cases Shows Increased Transparency Over Past Outbreaks, but Gaps in Epidemiological Data Remain,” officials express concern that a lack of “basic epidemiologic information” was hindering risk assessment and strategic cooperation for scientists outside China.
“While [People’s Republic of China (PRC)] health officials have released timely and open general information about the outbreak, a lack of epidemiological data, including an ‘epi curve’ (a summary of dates of onset of the illness), characteristics of infected individuals and other basic epidemiological information hinders better risk assessment and response by public health officials,” the email stated.
“Authorities have also not released information on how they are defining a ‘case.’ Given these gaps in detailed information to-date, and lack of a final confirmed pathogen, the risk to the United States and global health is difficult to assess at this time.”
“The flow of official PRC information on this outbreak is limited to that coming from the Wuhan Health Commission and National Health Commission,” the email adds. “China CDC is referring queries to the three official notices issued to-date by the Wuhan Health Commission.”
The records further reveal that officials in the U.S. worked very diligently to support the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Various Acts are amended with respect to racial equity. Here are some of the highlights.
A number of amendments are made to the Education Act.
· New subsection 10.1 (3) of the Act is amended to require the Minister to direct a board to develop its anti-racism accountability report if in the opinion of the Minister there is indication that the board’s new teacher induction program does not include anti-racism and racial equity training.
· Subsection 170 (1) of the Act is amended by adding anti-racism related responsibilities to the duties of boards. New subsection 212 (1.1) provides for fines for persons who disrupt or attempt to disrupt proceedings of a school or class through the use of racist language or activities.
· New section 277.28.1 provides that performance appraisals shall include competencies related to a teacher’s anti-racism awareness and efforts to promote racial equity.
· New subsection 301 (7.1.1) requires the Minister to establish policies and guidelines with respect to promoting racial equity in schools. New section 303.4 requires boards to establish and implement racial equity plans.
· Amendments to the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005 include new subsections 2 (5.1) to (5.3) which provide that at least one member of the Council shall be a person who has expertise in racial equity in the post-education sector and that all members must have a proven commitment to racial equity or take anti-racism training. Section 6 of the Act is amended to add racial equity-related requirements to the functions of the Council.
· The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act is amended to add a new section 17.1 which sets out anti-racism and racial equity requirements that apply to every college of applied arts and technology and every university that receives ongoing operating funds from the government for the purposes of post-secondary education.
· Subsection 18 (1) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 is amended by adding a requirement that a person successfully completes any prescribed examinations and training in anti-racism in order to be issued a certificate of qualification and registration. Amendments are also made to the regulation-making authority of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
· Amendments to the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002 include adding anti-racist education and training to the education and training related activities a college may undertake in carrying out its objects. New section 5.1 sets out that each college or subsidiary of a college shall develop and implement an anti-racism policy. Amendments are also made to the Act to provide that at least one member of the board of governors and one member of the board of directors of the Council shall have expertise in racial equity in the post-education sector and that all members must have a proven commitment to racial equity or take anti-racism training.
· The Anti-Racism Act, 2017 is amended to add “anti-Asian racism” to the examples of types of systemic racism referred to in the Act.

The war in Ukraine, however one wants to view it and apportion blame and which the mainstream legacy media in the West is in full steam doing with the readily approved media narrative of Putin as Darth Vader, will likely be pivotal in the making or breaking of the NWO. While Senator Lindsey Graham has called for a Russian Brutus to despatch Putin and President Biden is set to finalize the rebooted Iran nuclear deal next week with Darth Vader’s representative in Vienna, the rest of us are supposed to believe the talking heads on BBC/CNN/Fox News/CBC et al tell us that an evil mad man rules in Moscow and for this we have to suffer more pain, more impoverishment, more of what the peons of the WEF ruling us in Ottawa and Paris and London and elsewhere in western capitals dish out to us.
In any conflict we know the first casualty is truth, or what is the truth? This is as old a question as the one Pilate asked of Jesus. And the truth is, at least in the world of human affairs, what is the record, the evidence, the testimony that can be objectively examined and ascertained. Objectivity is the critical word here, not partisanship; and the best we can do is strive to be objective, to weigh the evidence and reach for ourselves an understanding of “what”, “how” and “why” that will not be provided by the mainstream media in the West.
On Thursday (March 3) evening we were inundated with the horrific news that the largest nuclear power plant in Ukraine had been set on fire by Russian forces and the meltdown could be ten times worse than that of the nuclear power plant in Chernobyl. By morning in North America, we learned that while the fire was in the vicinity of the nuclear power plant and there was no radiation leak, much of the reporting by BBC and others was fake news fabricated as more evidence against Putin for what we are being told will eventually be used in setting up his war crimes tribunal. Similarly, a day earlier the BBC and its clones across the West were reporting that Russians bombs and missiles dropped at targets in and around Kyiv had also damaged the memorial site at Babi Yar, which turned out to be another fake news. Real tragedy of innocent people trapped in conflict and the cynical exploitation of fake news for partisan propaganda at such times though commonplace and yet, instead of discerning real from fake, most people are driven by herd mentality that is once again evident all around us.
So, I wanted to share with you documents in the National Security Archive held and administered by George Washington University and released recently, I believe, as per the Freedom of Information Act of 1966. These documents refer to the meetings and agreements among East-West leaders in the immediate context of the fall of the Berlin Wall (November 1989), reunification of Germany, end of the Cold War, and the subsequent events before the collapse of the Soviet Union (December 1991) and the making of the Russian Federation. Mining these documents is necessary for understanding of what transpired in the aftermath of the end of the Cold War and the controversy over NATO’s expansion eastward from the borders of Germany to the borders of Russia. It is necessary to understand Moscow’s concern during these three decades since the Cold War ended to put in context how Ukraine became the “reddest of red lines” for Russia, which William Burns as the American Ambassador in Moscow described in a memo to Condoleezza Rice, the Secretary of State, in 2008. Burns is presently the Director of CIA in the Biden administration.
There is also the need to understand that during these past three decades American administrations under Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Hussein Obama, experimented and tested the theory of “color revolution” as so-called peaceful or non-violent means by which to destabilize and overthrow hostile or unfriendly governments that opposed Washington’s unipolar moment in shaping world history according to the desired tenets of the NWO proponents, such as Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, and the Uniparty bosses in the DC establishment or, now exposed during the Trump administration, as the Deep State.
The theory behind the “color revolution” was developed by Gene Sharp (1928-2018), who joined Harvard in the late fifties as a young academic when the Ivy League schools of “the best and the brightest” made policies and tutored those who implemented them, as they filled positions in the Pentagon and the CIA. Gene Sharp’s book From Dictatorship to Democracy: A Conceptual Framework for Liberation (1994) would become the manual for “color revolution” that were tested in countries as laboratories, such as Georgia’s “Rose Revolution” (2003), Ukraine’s “Orange Revolution” (2004), Lebanon’s “Cedar Revolution (2005), Kyrgyzstan’s “Tulip Revolution” (2005) and what came to be known as “Arab Spring” (2010-11).
In Ukraine’s “color revolutions” of 2004-5 and 2014, the role of the CIA was barely hidden, or better still open and visible. Senators John McCain (d. 2018) and Lindsey Graham were present in Kyiv in support of the uprisings of 2004 and 2014, and the prominent role of Victoria Nuland in 2014, then Asst. Secretary of State in the Obama administration and now Under Secretary of State in the Biden administration, in pushing the “color revolution” that ousted Victor Yanukovych from the presidency are evidence to be accounted for in understanding how the grounds were prepared for what we are presently witnessing.
The experiment with “color revolution” by the Deep State and its agents as mercenaries of the WEF was not merely for destabilizing and ousting unfriendly leaders and governments in former republics of the Soviet Union and third world countries, it was ultimately for use where it mattered most. The fabrication of the Trump-Russia hoax, the two impeachments against President Trump and then the branding and arrest of Trump supporters gathered in Washington on 6 January 2021 as “insurgents” seeking to overturn the election of 2020 are from the play book of the “color revolution.” The same we have witnessed in Canada, as the Truckers Freedom Convoy 2022 was branded as a “fringe movement” of malcontents threatening the running of government in Ottawa and the pretext for invoking the Emergencies Act against truckers and Canadians supporting their rights to peacefully protest.
The war in Ukraine when viewed in the twin context of NATO expansion and the “color revolutions” launched against unfriendly governments in the unipolar world of Deep State hegemony, might well be described as the opening salvo of the “great pushback” by opponents of values and ideology of the WEF/UN and their “great reset.”
