RFK Jr. was told by a network executive that “during non-election years, during some months, up to 70% of his news division revenues are coming from pharma.”

Several journalists in the region are reporting Khamenei appointed secretly his son Mojtaba Khamenei as his successor.

 

Iran International is out with a report which claims that Iran's regime's Assembly of Experts has secretly chosen Mojtaba Khamenei as his father's successor as supreme leader. It allegedly happened at an "exceptionally unusual meeting" on September 26, wrote Israeli journalist Amir Tsarfati.

TDSB requests nearly $22 million to construct new “decolonized” and “fully Indigenized” school:

The Toronto District School Board is requesting nearly $22 million to demolish a Toronto Indigenous school and daycare and reconstruct a new one on the basis that the current structure is too emblematic of an Indigenous residential school. 


The TDSB is requesting funding on behalf of the  Kapapamahchakwew Wandering Spirit School  from the Ontario Ministry of Education to construct an entirely new building to help “Indigenous students who carry the intergenerational trauma from Canada’s legacy of Residential Schools.” 


Despite the province already granting the TDSB $11.5 million to renovate the current JK-12 school and childcare centre in 2018, TDSB is now asking for financing for a completely new “fully Indigenized standalone school to support Indigenous communities in the City of Toronto.”

 

TDSB said the current building can no longer be retrofitted with the previous funds initially granted for the renovation in a way that would “provide a truly decolonized environment where Indigenous programs can exist without the interference of colonial practices.”

In its Business Case to the ministry, obtained by True North, in order to meet “the unique needs of Kapapamahchakwew – Wandering Spirit School” a funding contribution of $21,962,231 is needed to construct a new school “exclusively used by Indigenous programs and services.”

 

“The funds allocated in 2018 are not sufficient to support the cost of the replacement school. The Board has made significant progress to align the future school to Ministry benchmarks, however, the current funding allocation is insufficient to support the construction of a new school due to existing market conditions,” reads the business case. 

TDSB cites the uncovering of mass unmarked graves of Indigenous children subjected to Canada’s residential school system as a catalyst for the discussion of their collective commitments to Truth and Reconciliation.


“The 16 Phin building was designed and constructed to meet the needs of a colonial education system in the early 1900’s. As an imposing and expansive monolith, the building is not well suited in its current design, layout, or presence to serve as the permanent home,” reads the proposal.


According to TDSB, the current buildings’ “stark resemblance” to “the many residential schools that dotted the Canadian landscape until the mid 1990’s doesn’t provide for an environment that honors Indigenous voices and self determination.”

 

The image of the Kamloops Indian Residential School in British Columbia, where the unmarked graves of 215 Indigenous children were allegedly found in 2021 is juxtaposed alongside the current school building. No human remains have been found at the Kamloops residential school since the claim was made.


TDSB said the only way to eliminate the “association with residential schools and to provide instructional spaces suited for Indigenous ways of learning,” is to construct a new facility that must be “designed by Indigenous architects” for Indigenous communities.

 

However, TDSB wishes to retain the location of 16 Phin, “although the building isn’t appropriate,”  because it offers 4.9 acres and is “large enough to accommodate a new facility.”

“Once the new facility opens, the existing 16 Phin building would be used for the Urban Indigenous Education Centre (UIEC) until funding is secured to expand the new school to include this group.”


The long term plan would be to have the current building demolished as it not only bears an aesthetic resemblance of a residential school, alleges TDSB, but also the  “smell, and unpleasant acoustic qualities which are representative of the colonial residential schools.”


Note the symbol used by the Toronto District School Board.  It's the sun being eclipsed by the moon.  It's not a crescent moon.  With a real crescent moon the light points naturally stop at the top and bottom of the circle.  The same could be said of the Islamic so-called crescent moon.  The moon is not the outer crescent, it's the circle inside.  The larger circle represents the sun being eclipsed.   Same thing with the symbol for Baal.

Judge in Alex Jones’ bankruptcy orders hearing over Infowars sale to Onion


The satirical news publication The Onion was named the winning bidder for Alex Jones’ Infowars at a bankruptcy auction Thursday, backed by families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims whom Jones owes more than $1 billion in defamation judgements for calling the massacre a hoax.


The purchase would turn over Jones’ company, which for decades has peddled in conspiracy and misinformation, to a humour website that plans to relaunch the Infowars platform in January as a parody. But the judge in Jones’ bankruptcy case said Thursday that he had concerns about how the auction was conducted and ordered a hearing for next week after complaints by lawyers for Jones and a company affiliated with Jones that put in a $3.5 million bid.


Within hours of the announcement about The Onion’s winning bid, Infowars’ website was down and Jones was broadcasting from what he said was a new studio location. Up for sale were Infowars’ website; social media accounts; studio in Austin, Texas; trademarks; video archive and other assets.


“The dissolution of Alex Jones’ assets and the death of Infowars is the justice we have long awaited and fought for,” Robbie Parker, whose daughter Emilie was killed in the 2012 shooting in Connecticut, said in a statement provided by his lawyers.


The satirical outlet — which carries the banner of “America’s Finest News Source” on its masthead — was founded in the 1980s and for decades has skewered politics and pop culture, including making Jones a frequent target of mocking articles. Mass shootings in the U.S., such as the Sandy Hook attack, are often followed by The Onion publishing slightly updated versions of one of its most well-known recurring pieces: “‘No Way to Prevent This,’ Says Only Nation Where This Regularly Happens.”


On his live broadcast, Jones was angry and defiant, calling the sale “a total attack on free speech.” He later announced his show was being shut down. Jones then resumed his broadcast from a new studio nearby and carried it live on his accounts on X.

At the court hearing Thursday afternoon in Houston, the trustee who oversaw the auction, Christopher Murray, acknowledged that The Onion did not have the highest bid but said it was a better deal overall because some of the Sandy Hook families agreed to forgo a portion of the sale proceeds to pay Jones’ other creditors.


First United American Companies, a business affiliated with one of Jones’ product-selling websites, submitted the only other bid. The trustee said he could not put a dollar amount on The Onion’s bid.

Walter Cicack, an attorney for First United American Companies, told U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez that Murray changed the auction process only days before, deciding not to hold a round Wednesday where parties could outbid each other. Sealed bids were submitted last week, and the trustee chose only from those, Cicack said.

Even though Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter was in critical condition and under hospital observation for a concussion, her alleged abusers, the workers of Ohio Child Protective Services, showed up in the middle of the night to abscond her from the Children’s Hospital in Dayton Ohio.


Ten days ago on Wed. 6 Nov 2024 Kaitlynn had undergone a severe beating at the Ohio CPS Dimensional Phases Group Home where she had been placed (45 Oxford Avenue Dayton, OH 45402), but she had yet to receive medical treatment for it.


They also took away her phone – which was a lifeline for an abused, lonely and scared sixteen year old. Throughout her medical crisis and to add to her a***e, she had been deprived of communication with her mother.


As of Sunday 17 Nov. 2024 her worried mother still had no idea where, or how, she was.

Kaitlynn was defiantly in a health crisis showing all kinds of head and body trauma from current and past beatings during her six long years in Ohio Foster Care. It was obvious she needed to be in hospital for diagnosis and treatment, which as of today ten days later, she has yet to see.


Why? Kaitlynn maintained that the Dimensional Phases Group Home attendants had not only observed and encouraged her beating on Wed. 6 Nov, but were egging on the abuser.


The general consensus was that some wanted to get rid of her because she was an intelligent court witness as to CPS a***e of herself and other youths in Foster Care. There was even talk of tortuous mind control and a lucrative Child S*x T*********g Ring throughout the broken Ohio Foster Care System. (See the below article for details).


She had already endured six long years of an unneeded stay in Ohio Foster Care. She was only there because six years ago her mother made the decision to home school her – and the State didn’t like that.


After a multitude of readers of this Update called and emailed authorities all over Ohio, and after enduring pain and discomfort for nine days, she was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital on Fri. 15 Nov.


There she was finally diagnosed with a brain concussion, given a Cat Scan and was going to stay overnight for medical observation – until the Ohio State people who were paid to protect her appeared to want to cause her more harm and duress.


Now ten days later the teen in critical health condition was scared, alone and still not treated for various injuries from past and present beatings. There was word that Ohio CPS was planning on soon moving her out of state – and further away from her intelligent and very caring Mom.


Numerous referrals have been made to various agencies for investigation and help to save her, but the bottom line was that as of Sun. 17 Nov, Kaitlynn was still in the clutches of her abusers and had yet to be saved. No one seemed to care.

The testimony and proof brought into court by a retired CIA Agent let to further evidence and proof that Farmer’s Union claims were legitimate. It also led to evidence that the 16th Amendment, the Income Tax Amendment, was never properly ratified by the required number of states and therefore, declared that income taxes were unlawful.
