Biden Eyes Legal Status for Long-Term Illegal Immigrants:
The Biden administration is poised to unveil one of the largest immigration relief initiatives in recent history, granting legal status to long-term illegal immigrants, CBS News reports.
According to four anonymous sources familiar with the plans, the proposed policy aims to grant legal status to hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants who have resided in the United States for at least 10 years.
A vital component of this plan, developed by White House officials, is to offer work permits and deportation protections to unauthorized immigrants married to U.S. citizens. The proposal, known as "Parole in Place," would also create a pathway to permanent legal status and U.S. citizenship by removing a legal barrier that prevents immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally from obtaining green cards without first leaving the country.
Another aspect of the Biden administration's plans includes streamlining processes for DREAMers and other undocumented immigrants to request waivers. These waivers would facilitate the acquisition of temporary visas, such as H-1B visas for high-skilled workers.
Although the measures could be announced early Tuesday, the administration has yet to finalize the plans. The announcement coincides with the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which protects approximately 530,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children from deportation.

So, a few minutes before midnight on Saturday, the verdict came in on the two WHO documents.
They ran out of time! Despite moving deadlines repeatedly, breaking all schedule rules, and negotiating till as late as 4 am!
The WHO was forced to extend the negotiation process for the Pandemic Treaty by a year, pushing it to the next World Health Assembly in 2025!

Our Continued Fight
Despite the missed deadline for the Pandemic Treaty, the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) were approved by consensus at the very last second - it was evident they weren’t going to leave with empty hands.
This parallel document pushes for the unilateral declaration of pandemic emergencies by the WHO and other restrictive measures during times of crisis.
But I have to tell you this - what goes on inside there, behind closed doors, is seriously concerning.
On Saturday, as I was packing my bags to go home, I received some chilling information from the inside. It concerned the shocking tactics used by the WHO.
Their desperation to pass something was such that they broke every rule possible. Member state delegates were being pressured and threatened all week, with some of them even leaving the Assembly early, in protest.
It was then when consensus was claimed - when only a third of the member states were in the room!
And that’s not all - I was then told that a member of the Indian delegation was threatened and told specifically not to buy return tickets home until they agreed to the IHR amendments.
Other delegates confirmed they were under similar threats, with warnings of their countries being blacklisted, embargoed, and marginalized in the media.
This coercion and intimidation are shocking to me and completely unlawful. But I tell you this because we have to be prepared for their sneaky, often illegal moves.
It’s clear the WHO and its backers will go to any lengths to push their agenda - this is their strategy when under intense pressure and desperation.
While we celebrate the key gains we accomplished, we must remain vigilant. The battle against the Pandemic Treaty is far from over. The approval of the International Health Regulations amendments shows just how determined they are to push their rigged agenda.
But we won't be intimidated. We will keep applying relentless pressure on the WHO and on delegates, ensuring the voice defending our freedoms echoes loud and clear.

CNN Announces New Rules for Trump–Biden 2024 Presidential Debate:
CNN has announced new details of its finalized rules for the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle, which will see a rematch between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
The network revealed on June 15 that the debate will last 90 minutes and will include two commercial breaks, during which the candidates will not be able to interact with their respective campaign staff.
No pre-written notes or props will be allowed, but the candidates will have a pen and paper so they can take notes during the debate.
The candidates will appear at a uniform podium, with a coin flip to determine their podium positions.
There will be no studio audience for the debate, which will be held in Atlanta on June 27.
The debate will be moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, who the network said “will use all tools at their disposal to enforce timing and ensure a civilized discussion.”
The candidates will each be given a bottle of water.
‘Not Impossible’ for RFK Jr. to Qualify
CNN also said that a condition for participation in the debate is that the candidates must obtain at least 15 percent in four separate national polls from a list provided by the network, and that they must appear on a sufficient number of state ballots to be able to reach the 270 electoral vote threshold needed for a candidate to win the race for the White House.
The network said it’s “not impossible” for independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to meet these conditions, given that he has met the 15 percent threshold in three qualifying polls and, per CNN, is on the ballot in six states, making him eligible for 89 electoral votes.
Mr. Kennedy’s campaign said in a June 14 statement that he is on the ballot in eight states and has collected enough signatures needed for ballot access in a total of 22 states, which would total 538 electoral votes.
Still, CNN said that it appears “less likely” that anyone other than President Biden and President Trump will satisfy its conditions, setting the stage for a repeat of the 2020 showdown between the two men.
A request for comment sent to the Kennedy campaign regarding CNN’s remarks that it’s unlikely he’ll qualify for the debate, as well as for clarification on the ballot access figures, was not immediately returned.
Mr. Kennedy has said repeatedly he expects to satisfy CNN’s requirements. He filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission on May 28, claiming that CNN collaborated with the Trump and Biden campaigns to him off the debate stage.
A CNN spokesperson told The Epoch Times on June 12 that Mr. Kennedy does not currently meet the criteria for debate eligibility while defending the conditions as “objective” and set before invitations were sent out to campaigns to participate.
Independent presidential hopeful Cornel West, Green Party nominee Jill Stein, and Libertarian Party nominee Chase Oliver remain far from CNN’s debate qualification guidelines.
So far, the Trump and Biden campaigns have agreed to two presidential debates—the first one hosted by CNN on June 27 and the second one by ABC News on Sept. 10, for which a location has not yet been decided.
ABC News’ conditions for debate participation eligibility are basically identical to CNN’s, with candidates having to appear on a sufficient number of state ballots to reach the 270 electoral vote threshold, receive at least 15 percent in four separate national polls, and agree to the debate format.
The two rival campaigns have bypassed the traditional process run by the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) and have arranged their own debate schedule.
In November 2023, the commission proposed three presidential debates (on Sept. 16, Oct. 1, and Oct. 9) and one vice presidential debate scheduled for Sept. 25.
Both campaigns separately notified the commission stating they prefer earlier debates.
In a May 1 statement, the commission defended its scheduling of debates, arguing that the first debate—scheduled for Sept. 16—would be the earliest televised general election debate ever held.

The culture of death has since then grown past the point of birth control pills and abortion to include euthanasia, deadly "vaccines", poisons in our environment and foods, and death by human smugglers, secret societies and terrorists.
I remember back in the day when I would watch a movie with sex in it, how disturbed I was when the beautiful girl would be suddenly killed in a bloody way. Talk about mixed emotions! This new kind of "horror" in film has escalated beyond my comprehension (I don't watch movies much now, and absolutely no more horror or "comedy" which now includes gruesome scenes).
Hollywood has found the sub-conscious hot button that makes the combination of sex and death an irresistible turn-on (add some flashing lights to imprint it on your brain). Thus we see a rise in interest in sadism and masochism in movies like 40 Shades of Grey, and even appearing in Pride parades. Thank God the Russians don't like it. They do not have to deal with our society's preoccupation with violence, self-hurting and sex.

House CRUSHES Biden With Shocking Historic Vote:
On Friday, the House passed a large defense budget bill that included a number of Republican-backed items and provisions, some of which were passed in defiance of the White House and President Joe Biden.
“Congress’ annual defense policy bill passed the House on Friday after a week of voting on more than 300 amendments, during which conservatives scored several victories on diversity, critical race theory and gender surgeries,” Fox News reported.
“The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) authorizes funding for military priorities across the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, with that funding later coming in the form of a defense appropriations bill.”
However, despite Biden’s protests, one specific clause—a 19.5 percent pay increase for junior enlisted troops—was approved.
The NDAA is normally a very nonpartisan endeavor, but Fox claimed that the White House opposed these and other similar elements in the bill because the fight over cultural provisions alienated Democrats.
Republicans claim that reversing policies on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) and other progressive matters will improve military preparedness and address the U.S. military’s recruiting dilemma.
This week saw the passage of three amendments that target DEI roles in the military forces. Among these are the Chief Diversity Officer position, all DEI-affiliated offices and staff, and the implementation of a recruiting moratorium on any upcoming positions of this kind. The military would not be allowed to promote critical race theory or other race-based ideologies, according to a different authorized amendment.
A third clause forbids the Pentagon from sponsoring any abortion-related services, and two additional provisions forbid supporting gender transition procedures and transgender-related medical treatment through Pentagon-related health programs.
Fox News added:
The underlying bill, which advanced in a 57 to 1 vote out of the House Armed Services Committee last month, looks to make significant improvements to service members’ quality of life.
A cornerstone initiative of that is the pay raise for junior enlisted service members and a 4.5% increase for other military roles.
“A very significant pay raise, particularly for our young enlisted, I think is really life-changing, and I hope will also be motivating for people to enlist and also to stay,” Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa., a member of the Armed Services Committee and a veteran, told the outlet earlier this week.
Another committee member, former general Rep. Don Bacon, R-Neb., said that military families, particularly in high-cost areas, were forced to depend on food banks to provide for their families. “People working at fast-food restaurants are making more than our junior enlisted,” stated Bacon.
Additionally, both congressmen verbally attacked Biden and his administration for their opposition to the junior enlisted troops’ wage increase.
Concurrently, former President Trump declared that the Iron Dome anti-missile shield would be “made in America” and pledged to construct a “great” one for the United States during his birthday speech in Florida.
“By next term, we will build a great Iron Dome over our country,” Trump said during his 78th birthday celebration at Club 47 in West Palm Beach on Friday evening. “We deserve a dome. We deserve it all, made state of the art.”

'There's no such thing as occupied Palestinian land,' legalist says
Renowned international law expert Dr. Jacques Gauthier thinks Israelis are not as aware of their historical rights to the land as they should be.

Israel's critics, he explained, claim that Jews should be barred from living in certain areas in the country, so the question of justice and sovereignty is crucial because if the right granted over the entire territory exists within the framework of international law – then the Jews are not in breach of the law.
According to Gautier, Israel lacks sufficient understanding and recognition of the historical rights of the State of Israel as a Jewish state.
"If you do not know your rights, you also do not know how they are working against you," he said, adding that while the concept of "occupation" is not necessarily wrong, "the fact that your sovereignty is subject to conditions of occupation doesn't mean that you have lost your rights."
Gautier said, "I oppose the phrase 'occupied Palestinian territory,'" he concludes.
It is time for the Knesset to include the provisions of San Remo 1920 into the basic Israeli law making it indisputable anymore by any Israeli party. Permitting ignorance to inflict so dire damages it is no democratic right.
