While a President's power to Pardon comes from the Constitution, that same Constitution makes it, and all Treaties, the supreme law of the land.   There is no clarification as to whether a President's power to Pardon extends to TREATIES.

 

There is only one punishment outlined in the Bio-Weapons Treaty for any violations: Death by Hanging.

This could be the start of a very fierce Constitutional Battle.  Can a US President Pardon someone who may have violated a TREATY, which is higher than federal criminal statutes??

Canada to Bolster Border Security, Ministers Says, as Trump's Tariff Threats Loom:

Canadian officials are stepping up border security "in a visible and muscular way" following Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's meeting with President-elect Trump, a top Liberal government minister who attended the talks said Sunday.

 

Why it matters: Trump has threatened to impose tariffs on Canada and other countries over his concerns about the number of migrants and drugs coming into the U.S.

·        Canadian Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc told the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Sunday they spoke with Trump and Commerce Secretary nominee Howard Lutnick "about tariffs and what they would mean to the economy" during the meeting at Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence.

 

State of play: LeBlanc told CBC that Canadian officials emphasized during the meeting existing border security cooperation and that they believe the border is secure, though they did raise concerns about gun smuggling from the U.S.

  • ·        "We also discussed additional measures and visible measures that we were going to put in place over the coming weeks," LeBlanc said.

  • ·        Canadian officials are looking to procure additional drones and police helicopters and redeploy personnel, according to LeBlanc.

  • ·        "There's already hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars spent, but we're going to take additional measures, and I'll have more to say with the minister of finance in the coming days or weeks."

  • ·        LeBlanc added he and Lutnick had exchanged texts and plan to "get together again in the next few weeks to continue the conversation around the border."

 

What he's saying: Trump said on Truth Social Saturday that Trudeau "has made a commitment to work with us to end" the drug-smuggling problem.

GOP Senator [Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa)] Speaks Out on Trump Choice to Head FBI [Kash Patel]:

A leading Republican senator who is in line to become the Senate Judiciary chairman said that President-elect Donald Trump’s choice to head the FBI, former national security official Kash Patel, must restore Americans’ confidence in the federal law enforcement bureau.

 

On Saturday evening, Trump announced nomination of Patel, who has backed the president-elect’s assertions about how government officials weaponized agencies against his administration.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who is set to become the Senate president pro tempore when Republicans take control of the chamber in January, wrote on social platform X that Patel “must prove to Congress he will reform [and] restore public trust in FBI.”

 

The senator said current FBI Director Christopher Wray, named by Trump in 2017 to a standard 10-year term, “has failed at fundamental duties” and that anyone who leads the agency has to “chart a new course” for transparency and accountability.

Trump’s nomination of Patel means Wray must either resign or be fired after Trump takes office on Jan. 20, 2025. There has been no indication that Wray is looking to step down from the role.

 

“Every president wants people that are loyal to themselves,” Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) told ABC News, adding that he does not have “any complaints” about how Wray has “done his job right now.”

A president has “the right to make nominations,” Rounds said, before noting the job is normally for 10 years, a length meant to insulate the FBI from the political influence of changing administrations. Trump has been critical of the FBI, namely after agents searched his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida for classified documents, ultimately resulting in a special counsel to bring criminal charges against him.

 

“We’ll see what his process is, and whether he actually makes that nomination,” Rounds said. “And then, if he does, just as with anybody who is nominated for one of these positions, once they’ve been nominated by the president, then the president gets, you know, the benefit of the doubt on the nomination, but we still go through a process” of providing advice and consent under the Constitution.

 

He added, “That can be sometimes advice, sometimes it is consent.”

Several other Republicans on Sunday signaled they would back Patel, a former contributor to The Epoch Times, as the head of the bureau.

Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) told NBC News Sunday that Patel “represents the type of change that we need to see in the FBI” and that the agency “needs to be cleaned out.”

 

He said “there are serious problems” in the bureau, and the “American public knows it.”

In announcing the move, Trump said that Patel played a key role in what he called a “hoax” that linked his 2016 presidential campaign with the Russian government.

 

“I am proud to announce that Kashyap ‘Kash’ Patel will serve as the next director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Nov. 30. “Kash is a brilliant lawyer, investigator, and ‘America First’ fighter who has spent his career exposing corruption, defending justice, and protecting the American people.”

In a recent interview, Patel said that he wants to close the FBI’s headquarters in Washington.

 

“I’d shut down the FBI Hoover Building on day one and reopen the next day as a museum of the deep state,” he said last month. “And I’d take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals.” The Epoch Times contacted the FBI for comment Sunday on Trump’s announcement.

 

“Every day, the men and women of the FBI continue to work to protect Americans from a growing array of threats,” an agency spokesperson told media outlets Saturday. “Director Wray’s focus remains on the men and women of the FBI, the people we do the work with, and the people we do the work for.”

She says don’t be taken in by the huge run-up in price for Bitcoin and other digital assets.  CAF also says be careful with the latest plan to have a so-called “Bitcoin Depository.”  CAF explains, “This is literally a Bitcoin for land-grab swap. . . . So, they take our retirement savings, what’s left of it, and they take our taxes and use it to buy Bitcoin.  The Bitcoin billionaires sell their Bitcoin into that at the same time they are taking advantage of the monetization of all the land and minerals. 

 

They sell their Bitcoin at the top, and what can they do?  They can buy the land. . . . They want out of digital assets, and they want real assets.  Right now, the whole race on the planet is to grab the real assets such as land, mineral resources, water resources, etcetera, etcetera. . . . The land ownership of the top 100 landowners of America doubled. 

 

They are not buying Bitcoin.  They are buying land.  Bill Gates is buying farm land.  The Harvard Endowment is buying farm land.  What you are really seeing is a discussion to sell the unreal assets to the taxpayer and the real assets to private parties.  If this succeeds, it will be the biggest robbery and financial scam in the history of the country. .  . The smart money is trying to control the real assets.”

 

CAF also says, “Bitcoin can go much higher, and they can take it to zero, too.”  CAF predicts, “Gold will go much higher.”

Gold is one of the assets people can hold that stops central bank financial control.  Solari.com and CAF are pushing a free report called “What the States Can Do:  Building the Legal and Financial Infrastructure for Financial Freedom.”  CAF traveled 10,000 miles by car this year in the USA to help states implement this plan to thwart digital control and a cashless digital prison.

There is a great deal the states can do to preserve cash and checks in an analog digital system.  This is so we don’t get cornered by an all-digital, monetary system.  North Dakota has a great state bank, and every state can start a state bank.  This can protect liquidity and protect the local community.  A robust and rich banking and credit union system is absolutely essential to support independent income on main street.”

 

CAF also says states can start a gold and silver depository and not a Bitcoin depository.  CAF has many ideas for the public to remain financially free and independent of government and central bank control.  CAF says, “The smart money is trying to control the real assets.”

 

CAF thinks the Russians will wait on taking the bait on starting a nuclear war.  She contends the markets don’t seem to think the threat of war is that great, but we are still not out of the woods on the war front.  CAF says, “The danger is not an economic collapse.  The danger is we have a war.”

Jack Smith moves to dismiss charges against Donald Trump 

Doanld Trump winning on November 5 drove a stake through the heart of the lawfare the Democrat Party waged against him.

It meant the end for Jack Smith’s January 6 and Mar-a-Lago document witch hunts.

As soon as the election ended, Smith met with his bosses at the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris Justice Department about winding down the cases.

 

There was no plausible path to moving forward.

Trump was the President-Elect and the idea of trying him in the two months between the election and the inauguration was not only impractical, but also unconstitutional.

It would be highly doubtful the Supreme Court would allow a trial to go forward as the idea of imprisoning a sitting President or putting him on probation where he would have to ask a court for permission to leave the state was preposterous.

 

Smith succumbed to the reality of the situation and filed motions in Washington, D.C., and Florida to end his show trials against Donald Trump by asking the judges to dismiss the charges.

In his motion, Smith said he was bound by a 1973 Office of Legal Counsel memo that found pressing charges against a sitting President violated the Constitution.

 

“After careful consideration, the Department has determined that OLC’s prior opinions concerning the Constitution’s prohibition on federal indictment and prosecution of a sitting President apply to this situation and that as a result this prosecution must be dismissed before the defendant is inaugurated,” Smith’s prosecutors wrote.

 

Still taking cheap shots

But Smith still wanted to get his shots in and included juvenile statements which amounted to Smith putting it in writing that he still considered Trump a criminal and that Trump only got off because of the political reality.

“That prohibition is categorical and does not turn on the gravity of the crimes charged, the strength of the Government’s proof, or the merits of the prosecution, which the Government stands fully behind,” Smith’s motion added.

 

“The Government’s position on the merits of the defendant’s prosecution has not changed. But the circumstances have,” Smith’s filing stated.

This was a moment of bitter disappointment for the Left.

Democrats fantasized for years about jailing Donald Trump.

Now their dreams ended in complete and total failure.

 

Adm Schiff lashed out and even blamed the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris Justice Department for not indicting Donald Trump sooner, which may have allowed the rigged court system to try, convict, and jail Trump before the election.

“The Justice Dept and the court system failed to uphold the principle that no one is above the law. DOJ by neglecting to promptly investigate the events of Jan 6, and the courts by willfully delaying progress of the case and providing immunity. The public deserved better,” Schiff wrote on X.

I and my readers have spent almost a month trying to get an investigation open on a prime example of government a***e of Ohio Foster Children, critically ill Kaitlynn Hunter – though it’s seemingly been to no avail. Why haven’t the White Hats stepped in?

 

After all, a critically ill Kaitlynn was still missing, after having been taken in the middle of the night by Ohio CPS from the Dayton Children’s Hospital after her mother requested she be observed over night for a bleeding brain concussion. The serious injury occurred as a result of a beating almost a week prior and remained undiagnosed and untreated.

 

There were also other serious issues in America yet to be addressed. Two months after disastrous floods, some North Carolina families were still living in cold tents without aide and after having seen, as native Hawaiians did in Maui, bullet ridden bodies floating in the water while their devastated homes were being ransacked and looted. FEMA has even threatened victims with taking their children away because they were forced to live in tents – while 34 tiny homes brought in to help them, sat empty because the county won’t let victims use them – “They didn’t meet building codes.”

 

Even North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has neglected to get victims help – saying the money has been spent on illegal migrants.

 

Worldwide Martial Law did appear inevitable, along with arrests and Military tribunals that would broadcast through the EBS, confessions of corrupt S***n worshipping Child S*x T*********g politicians, bankers and corporate elites.
