While Rittenhouse has been charged with two counts of intentional homicide, he has pleaded not guilty and is arguing he acted in self-defense when he fatally shot Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber in August 2020.

National File has uncovered more texts in the conversations between the Biden family which were previously reported by pundit Candace Owens and Biz Pac Review referring to a “sexually inappropriate” relationship between Hunter Biden and his niece. National File has obtained over 800 pages of text messages sent or received by Hunter Biden from 2018 and 2019. In them Hunter repeatedly reveals that his former love interest Hallie, the widow of the late Beau Biden, claimed he behaved in a “sexually inappropriate” way around a minor family member.
Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, told sister Ashley Biden that former lover Hallie Biden described him as being “sexually inappropriate” with a minor female family member. The text messages were retrieved from the infamous laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden. National File has redacted the name of the person in question, as she is still a minor at this time.
Hallie Biden is the widow of Beau Biden, who Hunter was involved with romantically after his brother’s death. Hunter referenced Hallie’s allegation to multiple people via text messages, including his close family members.
In fact, the texts reveal that most members of Hunter Biden’s family seemed to know about these allegations. Among these family members are Hunter’s parents Joe Biden and Jill Biden, his sister Ashley Biden, and Jim Biden, the brother of Joe Biden. In some cases, family members decided to take Hunter’s “side” of the apparent family argument over the allegations, choosing to believe him over Hallie Biden. [National File News Update]

💥💥There are now at least two labour arbitration decisions in Ontario dealing with vaccine mandates. In the decision of UFCW, Canada local 333 v. Paragon Protection Ltd., Arbitrator von Veh sided with the employer’s vaccination policy, since many of the security company’s clients demanded proof of vaccination. However, on November 11, 2021, Arbitrator John Stout in an arbitration between Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and the Power Worker’s Union, determined that the vaccination policy is unreasonable to the extent that employees may be disciplined or discharged for failing to get fully vaccinated
Arbitrator Stout held that the reasonableness of the vaccination policy depends on the risk of a certain employment setting. He found that under the circumstances, “testing” was a reasonable tool to protect the workplace.
While the Power Worker’s Union decision is not ideal, it is a beginning of a long legal battle over the legality of vaccination policies. However, it speaks to the importance on following the grievance process and the appropriate legal framework for labour disputes. It may also be helpful for non-unionized employees, as arbitrators address the question of whether a dismissal for failure to follow a vaccination policy is a dismissal with cause or without cause.
I have some cause for optimism as the Government and Public Health narrative is weakening. After 20 months, they finally stopped denying that protection can be obtained through natural exposure to the virus. Naturally acquired immunity has been acknowledged by Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer twice in the last two weeks. If so, why should any Ontarian lose their job if they already had Covid, or if they are able to demonstrate antibodies. This is an important angle that we must push on further.
There is also indisputable evidence that those that made the choice to vaccinate, spread the virus just as easily as those who chose not to vaccinate. We must continue fighting the proposition that any Canadian is putting anyone’s life at risk because of their medical status.

Please keep up the pressure on the Ford Government and your local MPP. They cannot deny that the vaccination policies are irrational and punitive. If the vaccine doesn’t stop transmission of the virus, then why should anyone lose their job?

Cultural Action Party would dearly love to make sense of this situation. Why would it be that both Trudeau and Singh so greatly admire Fidel Castro? Canada has positioned itself as a democratic society since its inception in 1867. Fidel Castro transformed Cuba into a communist society.

Parents demand resignation of Scottsdale School Board President after he accidentally reveals creepy dossier of info on anti-CRT parents:
💥💥💥Parents of students in the Scottsdale Unified School District were shocked to discover that a school board member had secretly compiled a dossier detailing parents who opposed critical race theory.
The dossier was compiled on Google Drive and contained a list of parents who objected to teachings about CRT; it included photographs of both the parents and their children.
Parents who had been calling for the recall of Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg are now demanding he resign over the secret dossier, to which he had access.

Two crooks open fire on man who sees them stealing catalytic converter. But their target is a concealed carrier — who shoots one of them to death.
💥On Wednesday night around 11:15 p.m., a 44-year-old man was sitting on the steps of his Chicago home on North Wolcott Avenue when he heard a loud noise from the street, police told the Chicago Sun-Times.
With that, the man walked toward the noise and saw two people under a car, police told the paper.
WGN-TV reported that the two men in question were attempting to steal a catalytic converter.
When they noticed they were being watched, they crawled out from under the car, pulled out their guns, and started shooting at the homeowner, the station said.

What the dynamic duo perhaps didn't consider was whether or not their target was armed — and indeed he was.
In fact, the 44-year-old man has a concealed carry license, the Sun-Times reported, adding that police said he pulled out his own gun and fired back. WGN said in its video report that at least a dozen shots were fired, with one of them hitting a nearby home's window.
But it appears the homeowner had the best aim.
He struck one of the gunmen in the neck, police told the paper, adding that 25-year-old Darion Blackman was pronounced dead at Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Blackman was identified by the Cook County medical examiner's office, the Sun-Times said. [Blaze News]

💥💥For years, governments and oil executives could count on the International Energy Agency to provide ammunition for continued fossil fuel investments, but with the recent release of its latest World Energy Outlook, that ammunition appears to have run out.
The annual report, released earlier this year in advance of the UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) summit in Glasgow, signals a monumental shift. The era of prolonged growth in demand for oil, gas and coal seems to be coming to an end, according to the report, co-authored by energy experts from governments and industry around the world.
It describes a world that limits warming to within 1.5 C by shifting rapidly away from fossil fuels with no development of new oil and gas fields, no new or expanded coal mines and slim prospects of profits for new LNG projects.
