Evidence in new Case suggests Obama Admin Colluded with Big Tech to Steal Invention that led to Chinese Dominance:
A unanimous jury verdict was reversed by an Obama judge shortly after the Democratic administration apparently took interest in the case.
Jeff Parker, the CEO of the small Florida-based technology company ParkerVision, explained to Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck Thursday how tech giant Qualcomm allegedly stole one of the most revolutionary patented innovations in American history with the help of elements of the Obama administration — technology that was ultimately offshored to China, possibly giving America's pre-eminent adversary a competitive edge.
"We are at the beginning of seeing corruption exposed like never before in America," said Beck.
Long war
ParkerVision has spent around 11 years fighting Qualcomm over the tech giant's alleged infringement of its patented technology concerning "down-converting" electromagnetic signals — a process now used in virtually every phone, wireless device, and Bluetooth device.
Representatives of the two companies apparently met in the early 2000s, with Qualcomm expressing an interest in acquiring rights to ParkerVision's invention, which would have helped it connect phones to the internet. Qualcomm, a multinational company headquartered in San Diego, reportedly signed multiple special nondisclosure agreements in order to learn about how ParkerVision's down-converting system worked, particularly its energy sampling technique, which differed from the voltage sampling technique previously used in conventional down-converting systems.
According to Parker, the two companies were unable to reach a licensing agreement and went their separate ways. A few years later, Qualcomm started using a revolutionary new chip for smartphones that created major waves, apparently taking the company from around 30% to roughly 90% market share. The phones that drove this growth allegedly relied on ParkerVision's patented technology.
After spotting what appeared to be its technology discussed in a Qualcomm conference paper, ParkerVision launched an investigation and determined, partly on the basis of reverse engineering, that its patented technology had been stolen. ParkerVision filed a lawsuit against Qualcomm in 2011.
Parker told Beck that emails exposed during discovery showed frustrated Qualcomm engineers who were facing pressure to make a third-generation chip discussing a return to the ParkerVision technology.
Court documents reveal that the jury that saw that and other internal communications returned a unanimous verdict in 2013 "finding that Qualcomm directly and indirectly infringed" upon multiple claims across four asserted patents and awarded ParkerVision $173 million in damages.
'They're having a conversation.'
The following year, U.S. District Judge Roy Dalton, an Obama-nominated federal judge in Florida, ordered Qualcomm to meet with ParkerVision — which had sought nearly $500 million in damages — to negotiate ongoing royalties. Just weeks later, however, Dalton overturned the jury's verdict and killed the case, citing "an insufficient evidentiary basis" for the finding of patent infringement.
Obama administration's fingerprints
Jeff Parker noted that between the time Dalton ordered Qualcomm to meet with ParkerVision to negotiate royalties on May 1, 2014, and his reversal of the case in June 2014, there were multiple signs that then-President Barack Obama and his Department of Justice may have placed their thumbs on the scales.
It is clear, for instance, that the ParkerVision case was on the radar of both the White House and the Obama Department of Justice — helmed at the time by Eric Holder, who previously worked at one of Qualcomm's largest lobbying firms, Covington and Burling.
According to visitor logs for the ParkerVision website provided to Blaze News, elements of the Obama Department of Justice and Qualcomm visited the website 37 times and viewed 139 subpages between Feb. 6, 2013, and July 21, 2023 — with plenty of traffic inbound from the DOJ in the lead-up to the case's termination by the Obama judge.
Nearly two weeks later, ParkerVision allegedly logged a visit to its website from the "Executive Office of the President" with a matching IP address. A LeadLander report indicated the apparent visitor from the White House, like the DOJ, was apparently interested only in the company's patent lawsuit against Qualcomm.
A specific Obama trip makes the timing of the White House visit to the ParkerVision website all the more suspicious.
The Associate Press reported ahead of the jury verdict's reversal that Obama was traveling to California for a May 8, 2014, fundraiser with Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) at the home of billionaire Qualcomm founder Irwin Jacobs, where the price per person was $10,000. By that time, Jacobs had already poured over $2 million into super PACs supporting Obama.
Parker suggested to Beck that the coincidental visits to identical pages on the ParkerVision website from both the Obama administration and Qualcomm locations gave off the distinct impression that "they're having a conversation."
He noted further that his subsequent Freedom of Information Act requests aimed at ascertaining who precisely in the Obama administration was visiting the ParkerVision website went nowhere, in part because certain relevant information was reportedly "lost."
Blaze News reached out to Qualcomm regarding the insinuation that the Obama administration meddled on its behalf as well as the assertion that it stole ParkerVision's innovation but did not immediately receive a response.
The ParkerVision CEO noted in the first of a series of videos titled "Against the Giants," published Thursday, that his company has filed a second lawsuit against Qualcomm and a judge has indicated he is ready to take it to trial.
Chinese edge
Parker told Beck that his company is not the only entity adversely impacted by the alleged patent infringement. He suggested that China, having apparently stolen the technology in turn from Qualcomm — which in 2010 opened a research and development facility in Shanghai — may now have a technological edge on American companies and America in general.
'If they get ahead of us in the [AI] race, we're in big trouble.'
"Look, you can't make these kinds of chips without our technology," continued Parker. "Huawei — Qualcomm just acknowledged in their own reporter a month or two ago — now has their own 5G chip set. They don't need a single chip from the West. How did Huawei come to develop their own chips?"
"A lot of big companies went to China initially to get cheap manufacturing labor, but then the Chinese Communist Party said, 'No, if you want to do business in China, you got to bring your engineers. You have to set up shop to develop products here, and you have to show us how it is made. You must turn over your intellectual property,'" Parker told Beck.
Noting that he just observed that an engineer who worked at Qualcomm on his allegedly stolen technology migrated to Huawei to work on the same technology, Parker intimated that the Chinese are liberally leaning on American innovations and stealing Western companies' patented technologies, including his own, showing no signs of stopping.
Parker said in the "Against the Giants" video that "right now, China is cleaning our clock because we have allowed these companies to steal innovation, take it to China, and now the Chinese are making their own products from those innovations, and we are no longer building our innovation economy like we used to."
"If our large tech companies, Big Tech, are willing to take these kinds of intellectual property overseas and put them in China, India, Taiwan, where we have no control, you can only imagine what could happen," continued Parker. "If they get ahead of us in the [AI] race, we're in big trouble."
The tech CEO suggested that the American government is failing American innovators and small companies and needs to smarten up if the nation seeks to compete with China. That will require a more vigorous defense of patents and patent holders and a firmer hand when dealing with multinational giants working to "crush these emerging companies."

The Residential School - Indigenous scandal!!
What was supposed to be millions spent to recover suspected children’s graves at an Indian Residential School in B.C. instead went to publicists and consultants, according to financial records obtained by Blacklock’s Reporter.
The records were obtained under the Access to Information Act which the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations attempted to hide, the report said.
The department only released the records by order of Information Commissioner Carolyn Maynard.
“I order the Minister to provide a complete response,” the commissioner wrote last Nov. 27.
The records show the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc First Nation received more than $12 million in funding after announcing the discovery of 215 children’s graves in Kamloops, B.C. in 2021.
That claim was later revised to 200 “potential burials” and no human remains have been recovered to date despite “requests from families to return bodies,” said an internal memo.
Initially, the First Nation was awarded nearly $8 million to uncover the graves, said the federal department.
“The community had received $7.9 million for field work, records searches and to secure the Residential School grounds,” a spokesperson told Blacklock’s last May 8.
But later the funding went up to $12.1 million.
“The budget is robust and comprehensive but what is required,” said minutes of a 2021 First Nation council meeting.
The Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations did enquire with the Kamloops group on what “archaeological and forensic work” was underway.
“I know you are aware of the incredibly complex nature of this type of work,” wrote Mandy McCarthy, the department’s acting director general.
“We are not seeking to intervene in this matter but are trying to understand the approach,” wrote McCarthy, who questioned whether “you have all the information you need to advance exhumation protocols and DNA testing.”
The department censored all details surrounding the $12.1 million, however, the First Nations Health Authority transferred $2.3 million in federal funding to Tk’emlups organizers and did itemize some expenses for a nine-month period, the report said.
Costs included $37,500 for “marketing and communications,” $54,000 in travel, $100,000 as six month’s pay for two trauma counsellors and $405,000 in “administrative costs” including speaking fees and tent rentals.
The department said in one book-keeping entry called Community Support Funding Envelope that the First Nation hired 25 consultants to “provide advice and support to the Chief and Council” and paid publicists to develop “communications strategies.”
No consultants were named and some $532,000 was paid for security while other funds were proposed for public works projects.

FAA turned away qualified air traffic controllers based solely on race

The disturbing rise in near misses at our nation’s airports is no accident. A class-action lawsuit by the Mountain States Legal Foundation has amassed a trove of documents shedding new light on an Obama-era Federal Aviation Administration initiative that rejected prospective air traffic controllers based solely on their race.
A 2013 FAA document, “Controller Hiring by the Numbers,” raised the issue in stark terms, asking, “How much of a change in job performance is acceptable to achieve what diversity goals?”
When failure is measured in human blood, the answer should have been none.
At the beginning of the year, five people died at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport after a jumbo jet carrying 379 travelers crashed into a smaller coast guard plane that had mistakenly entered the runway. It’s the job of air traffic controllers to keep this from happening.
There hasn’t been a fatal airline crash in the United States since 2009, but it’s only a matter of time before the streak ends. The FAA recorded two serious, near-miss “runway incursions” at Reagan National and Baltimore-Washington International last year.
Vigilance is waning because the nation’s air traffic control towers are woefully understaffed. The people responsible for keeping planes from smashing into one another are tired after working long, mandatory overtime shifts to make up for the lack of controllers.
Contributing to the shortage, the FAA temporarily put the brakes on hiring in 2012 so it could replace race-blind hiring rules with a “Biographical Assessment” stratagem designed to hire more minorities.
This quiz served as further screening of applicants who had already graduated from a 200-hour training program and achieved high scores on AT-SAT, a grueling, eight-hour cognitive test that measures each of the specific skills needed to do the job properly.
The questionnaire sought irrelevant information such as the “college subject in which I received my lowest grade.” Those answering “history/political science” received 15 points. Playing four or more sports in high school was worth 5 points. By contrast, holding a pilot’s license — a major advantage for a controller — was worth only 2 points. And having valuable experience as an air traffic controller in the military was worth no points at all.
Andrew Brigida became lead plaintiff in the lawsuit after his application was turned down despite his achieving a perfect, 100% score on the AT-SAT. Mr. Brigida’s attorneys claim there was a method to the madness. Race-hustling activist groups conspired with FAA officials to create the quiz so they could let their members in on a secret: Anyone could pass the Biographical Assessment by answering A to all but one of the questions.
More than 3,000 top-performing, motivated applicants lost out because they weren’t members of this ethnic club. After Congress forced the FAA to drop the quiz in 2018, many former applicants reapplied and have since become controllers. Their careers were set back several years for no good reason.
A trial set for summer 2025 will determine the truth of allegations already found plausible by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The final ruling should be seen as an opportunity to send a message to future administrations that race-based hiring is unacceptable, especially when it sets the stage for disaster.

Air Traffic Controller Audio Captures Moments Before and After Washington Plane Crash:
WASHINGTON—Air traffic control audio recorded the moments before and after an American Airlines regional passenger jet crashed with a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter in a midair collision over Washington on Wednesday night.
Audio from LiveATC.net, a respected source for in-flight recording, captured the final communications between the three crew members of the helicopter—call sign PAT25—before it collided with the CRJ700 Bombardier jet carrying 64 passengers and crew.
“PAT25, do you have a CRJ in sight? PAT25, pass behind the CRJ,” an air traffic controller said at 8:47 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday (01:47 GMT on Thursday).
Seconds later, another aircraft called in to air traffic control, saying, “Tower, did you see that?”— apparently referring to the crash. An air traffic controller then redirected planes heading to runway 33 at Reagan Washington National Airport to go around.
The explosion in midair occurred over the frigid Potomac River near the airport.
“Crash, crash, crash, this is an alert three,” one of the air traffic controllers can be heard saying in the audio from around the time of the crash.
“I don’t know if you caught earlier what happened, but there was a collision on the approach into 33. We’re going to be shutting down operations for the indefinite future,” another controller remarked.
“Both the helicopter and the plane crashed in the river,” a third air traffic controller can be heard saying.
“It was probably out in the middle of the river,” the controller said. “I just saw a fireball and then it was just gone. I haven’t seen anything since they hit the river. But it was a CRJ and a helicopter that hit.”
The crash was caught on a webcam at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington. The clip shows the aircraft exploding in flames and plummeting to earth after it was struck by the helicopter.
A U.S. official said no senior military officials were on the helicopter, while U.S. Figure Skating said several skaters had been on board the American Airlines flight.

“Let’s Make America Great Again,” they concluded.
A senior GOP strategist told Fox News that the account “is bad news for the Fake News Media.”
“President Trump won the 2024 election in part due to the irreverent and swift nature of their pushback against fake narratives and amplification of the facts,” the strategist said. “A Trump Rapid Response account is bad news for the fake news media and good news for the American people.”
The media elites will not be happy about the Rapid Response 47 account.
For years, Rachel Maddow and other Democrat activists controlled the narrative through the media.

Canadian High School scraps Gender-Neutral Bathroom plan after Parental Outrage
Following parental backlash, Pleasant Valley Secondary School in Armstrong, British Columbia, has re-opened single-sex bathrooms after having closed them in favor of 'gender-neutral' only facilities.
(LifeSiteNews) –– After outcry from parents and students alike, a Canadian high school has reversed course and reinstated boys’ and girls’ bathrooms after it scrapped them in favor of solely “gender-neutral” options.
Earlier this month, Pleasant Valley Secondary School in Armstrong, British Columbia, had closed the boys’ and girls’ bathrooms, effectively forcing all students to use so-called “gender-neutral” facilities. Shortly after, parents expressed their outrage on social media, relaying concerns passed along by their children who felt uncomfortable with the new arrangement.
Following parental backlash, the school’s principal, Steve Drapala, reversed course and reinstated single-sex facilities.
One father of a teenage girl at the school, Josh Ellis, noted that washrooms are meant to be a “private place” and forcing boys and girls to use the same facilities obviously diminishes that feeling of privacy.
Ellis’s wife Jolene said that their daughter had finally decided to use the gender-neutral bathrooms, only to be harassed by a group of boys who pounded away at her stall.
LifeSiteNews had reported on the initial outrage from parents because of the school’s gender-neutral bathroom policy.
While having separate washrooms for boys and girls is a matter of common sense, gender ideologues have continued to attack the notion of biological reality, with the most noticeable push happening in Western nations like the United States and Canada. This has led to instances of young girls being exposed to men pretending to be women using change-rooms and other private facilities.
In Canada, much of this began after the Senate in 2017 passed a pro-transgender bill that added “gender expression” and “gender identity” to Canada’s Human Rights Code and to the Criminal Code’s hate crime section.

Mourning begins after Washington air crash:

Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board recovered the cockpit voice recorder from the airplane involved in the midair collision with a military helicopter, the board announced yesterday night.
The American Airlines plane, a Bombardier CRJ700 with 64 people on board, collided in the air with an Army helicopter.
Officials will wait until all families are notified before victim names are released, Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly said at a Thursday afternoon news conference. She expected to receive the flight’s manifest of passengers from the National Transportation Safety Board by Friday afternoon, she added. Some of the passengers on the plane were foreign nationals which added to the delay, Kelly said. The governor said she and Wichita Mayor Lily Wu had been on calls throughout the night with both federal and local officials from other states. Meanwhile, some affected organizations like The Skating Club of Boston began publicly grieving over those lost.
What about the military helicopter? The U.S. Department of Defense on Thursday pored over flight information of the U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter involved in Wednesday night’s fatal airplane crash. Three service members were aboard the helicopter, which was affiliated with Bravo Company of the 12th Aviation Battalion at Fort Belvoir, Va., Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said. The flight crew was experienced and had night-vision goggles while conducting a required annual night evaluation, he said.
Who were the Army aviators? Hegseth said Thursday morning that not all the crew’s next of kin had been notified and so the military was continuing to withhold the names of the deceased. The 12th Aviation Battalion will not operate its aircraft for the next two days, and aviation safety officials from the Pentagon were on the ground in Washington investigating the incident, Hegseth said.

According to inspectors Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) were suspected to be the cause of devastating fires in California for years, from the Nov. 2019 Paradise Attacks to the Jan. 2025 devastation of Los Angeles.
While the LA fires were still burning California Governor Newsom stated in TV interviews that he and Hawaii’s governor Josh Green had plans to make Lahaina Maui (that was burned to the ground in Aug. 2023) and LA SMART cities. Land grabbing was in full swing in both cities before the fires were even put out.

The fires seemed to be well planned. LA saw insurance policy cancellations or non-renewals happening months in advance of the so-called Wild Fires. State Farm, for instance, announced the cancellation of 72,000 policies, including about 1,600 in Pacific Palisades, in April 2024, which means these cancellations occurred approximately nine months before the wildfires started in January 2025.
The same seemed to be happening in Arizona where Bill Gates’ SMART City scheme was exposed and as in LA, was found connected to a huge insurance scandal and billionaire land grabbing. They were already canceling fire insurance policies for those in Phoenix Arizona – an area made eligible for a SMART City. Bill Gates has bought 30 acres of land there.
Then there was the Aug. 2023 Lahaina and Kula Maui Hawaii DEW Attacks that Chinese Communist Party NORAD 555836 Direct Energy Weapon Lazers burned to the ground. It was the most devastating mass casualty event in Hawaii State history: 2,700+ Structures destroyed; 97 confirmed dead; 1,000+ still missing/ unconfirmed deceased; 4,000+ people originally dislocated, with over 3,000 still displaced over a year and a half later.
